Nestled in Rezé, this attractive house for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. House from 1852 in Trentemoult, former fishing village on the banks of the Loire, 8 minutes from Nantes by boat. Trentemoult is located 5 minutes from the Cheviré Bridge and 40 minutes from Pornic. This is our dwelling house, which we renovated. The house welcomes you on 3 levels. Ground floor, living room-kitchen, laundry room WC. 1st floor, bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the second floor, room with 1 bed 140x200, and room with a bed 140x200 and 1 mattress 80x200, and a common room with a sofa bed 140x200. The district: Trentemoult is an old fishing village. The houses of the nineteenth century have been preserved. The center of the village is pedestrian because the streets are too narrow for cars. It is on the Loire, facing Nantes. It's a special place, quite romantic. A boat from the bus network makes the crossing to Nantes in 8 minutes. The village has a bakery (5 min walk from the house - closed from 6 to 20 August 2016), a tobacconist, cafes and restaurants, an organic grocery store open all summer (2 min walk). It is located not far from the air corridor of Nantes airport. Depending on the direction of the wind and during the tourist season, planes can fly over the bottom of the garden. transport network A large car park is in front of the house. There are waterbuses that shuttles to Nantes in 8 min. The pier is 400 m (5 min walk) from the house. These waterbuses are part of the Nantes bus and tram network. Nantes-Atlantique airport is 5 km away (7 min by car). The Nantes TGV station is 7 km away (13 min by car - 40 min by navibus and tramway).

Superbe maison et superbe quartier

La maison est pleine de charme et d'originalité. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Même s'il pleut, on y reste avec plaisir. Les enfants de 7 et 13 ans ont adoré aussi. En plus le quartier est très sympa, vivant mais calme. On prend le bateau à 2 min à pieds pour se rendre en plein centre ville ou aux machines (compter environ 15 min de marche après le bâteau). Je recommande !

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cette charmante maison rénovée avec goût. Nous étions avec nos 3 enfants de 2 à 6 ans. Ils ont adoré le parc en face de la maison, auquel ils ne peuvent pas aller seuls quand même car il y a une route à traverser. Les escaliers de la maison sont un peu raides pour de jeunes enfants mais les barrières installées (gentiment proposées par le propriétaire) pour bloquer l'accès, ont été très utiles. La maison est très bien située avec une grande surface à moins de 2 minutes en voiture et plusieurs autres commerces (boulangerie, magasin bio...). Aussi, il suffit de prendre le Navibus pendant 10 min et on atterrit en plein centre de Nantes. Le jardin est très agréable et nous avons pu profiter des œufs frais donnés par les poules, des tomates et mûres entres autres données par le potager. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps ! Merci à François pour son accueil, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès en arrivant. A essayer sans hésiter pour découvrir et profiter de cette magnifique ville de Nantes.

Het is een prachtig huis met een heerlijke tuin. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ook de tuin is prachtig. Een groentetuin waar verse groenten geplukt kunnen worden en twee kippen die regelmatig een eitje leggen. Ook voor het huis is een fijne terras waar je s'avonds van de zon kan genieten. Parkeren is geen probleem, er is een parkeerplaats voor de deur. De eigenaren Marie en François zijn heel vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar en spreken ook Engels. Trentemoult is een mooie rustige plek vanwaar Nantes met het bootje perfect te bereiken is. Ook de stranden rondom Pornic zijn binnen 40 minuten bereikbaar. In de omgeving is genoeg te ontdekken en te doen, ook met kinderen en het huis is eennoase van rust wanneer je s'avonds thuis komt. Er is een piano, een beamer met scherm, en speelgoed voor kinderen. In de tuin genoeg plek om van de zon te genieten en te bbq'en.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison. Nous avons apprécié les bons oeufs de "poulette" & "cocotte", ainsi que les tomates du potager :) La localisation de la maison nous a permis de profiter aisément de Nantes et de flâner dans les ruelles de Trentemoult. Enfin deux mots concernant les propriétaires: gentillesse et disponibilité. Merci Marie & François!

Hallo Francois, hallo Marie, nochmals vielen Dank, dass wir in Eurem Haus wohnen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die familiäre Atmosphäre, der schöne Garten und überhaupt alles haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von den Hühnern und dem Kaninchen. Die Nähe zur Stadt, mit dem "Navibus" ist Nantes wirklich schnell erreicht, war für uns als Familie perfekt. Die "dörfliche" Atmosphäre von Trentemoult war sehr entspannend nach den zum teil langen und heißen Tagen in der Stadt. Für große und kleine Kinder können wir in Nantes neben der "ile de machines" die vielen Springbrunnen, den botanischen Garten mit Spielplatz und "Planschbecken" nur empfehlen. Zwischendurch eine "Tartine a beure" und etwas zu Trinken in einem der vielen Cafes oder Bistros. Wenn Ihr mal in Norddeutschland seid, würden wir uns freuen euch persönlich kennenzulernen. Une belle maison, hospitalière, habitée et vivante

La maison (habituellement habitée et donc très personnelle), sa terrasse et son jardin sont harmonieux et très agréables. Elle est parfaitement au calme sans être du tout isolée. L'accueil, l'entretien, les conseils, les informations, tout était impeccable et nous laisse un excellent souvenir. Nous avons très bien visité Nantes en profitant de tous les moyens de transport, Navibus et tramway. A recommander sans réserve.

La maison est très agréable, les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute, et sont disponibles pour de nombreux conseils sur la maison, la ville, etc... Escaliers un peu pentus pour des enfants de moins de 3 ans. Le jardin est super agréable avec ses terrasses, ainsi que le salon, la salle de bain. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien décorée. De nombreux livres pour enfants sont disponibles. L'épicerie bio à 50 mètres est très pratique. Le bateau-bus pour Nantes est à 5 minutes à pied. Nantes est une ville très agréable à découvrir !
