Tolle ruhige Lage im Hinterhaus. Großes Bad. Problemloser Check-in und Check-out. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Schlafcouch ist zum schlafen absolut unbrauchbar und sollte für diesen Zweck ersetzt werden.

Im zweiten Blick sind in der Wohnung mehrere Instandsetzung überfällig: *Garderobe im Eingangsbereich Fixierung *Gardinen Stange, Fußbodenleisten im Schlafbereich lose *Duschtür Dichtung defekt *Fenstergriff/Mechanik Die Sauberkeit: *der Türen *im Schlafzimmer, Bettrücken ..... läßt zu wünschen übrig (Staub lässt sich mit dem Finger abrollern) Alles keine großen Dinge ... aber in Summe zuviel.

Die Lage ist super wenn man in die Quarterback Arena möchte Denn die kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Man ist auch schnell auf der Karli. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll.
Das Apartment ist wie eine Höhle. Man muss selbst am Nachmittag bei Sonnenschein das Licht anmachen sonst ist es stockfinster. Dicke schwarze Vorhänge schützen vor Einblicken aus dem genau davor liegenden Barbershop. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist kaputt und sieht nicht ansprechend aus. Durchgel und Spülmittel waren so mit Wasser verdünnt, dass es wirklich wie Wasser war. Der Geräuschpegel aus dem Barbershop (Musik, laute Gespräche usw) ist sehr nervig.
