Palermo is great!!!

The location was perfect, and the host was wonderful, ready to listen and to accommodate an early check-in and allowed us to leave the bags safely after checking out.

The internet connection was bad in every room except the kitchen; I guess it was due to the thickness of the walls, since the building is old.

Disappointing!!

It's in the city center, although the street is dirty and uninviting! It has A.C. in the room!

I didn't like anything from the moment I entered the house! Narrow hallway, dirty floors and carpets! Huge amount of old furniture and dirty, uncomfortable sofas! The internet only works in the kitchen. The house's electrical wiring is old and dangerous! The stairs leading to the terrace shown in the advertisement are dangerous! Narrow, rotten wood! And finally, the bed, a joke!! A 10cm high mattress on a super uncomfortable spring base! I was really misled by the rating! I don't understand how a place like this can have 9-star reviews!! I think the photos I'm going to post speak for themselves! Think twice before coming here!

Charming and quiet flat in great location!

This was a very spacious one bedroom flat with a lot of original charm. We had a lovely balcony by the living room/dining are which we enjoyed using for our breakfast and evening meals. It back onto a cul-de-sac so very quiet whilst also very central, close to all the touristic points. There was a good fridge/freezer and all we needed in the kitchen. The terrace is shared and has a great view of the city. You access it by a tricky looking staircase, but all very charming.

The place wasn't exactly easy to find and we were luck someone was going into the building just as we were asking for directions. But Sven was good at communicating so I'm sure he'd have given us more information if we'd asked. The flat is decorated and furnished with mainly antique type items, including the bed. The mattress was ok for us but might be too soft/springy for heavier people.

Lage war sehr gut, fußläufig alles gut erreichbar, super Café in der Nähe für fabelhaftes Frühstück . Besitzer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Hatten uns von der Dachterrasse etwas mehr erwartet…

Ubicació cèntrica en un palau de la part antiga de la ciutat. És espaiós i l'habitació està climatitzada, aspecte vital en aquesta ciutat a l'estiu.

Mancar una mica de manteniment i cal renovar instal·lacions. Pocs estris i mitjans si vols cuinar a l'apartament.
