Beautiful and comfortable.

The people at the front desk are very kind. The room is bright, clean, and stylish. Breakfast is included and is delicious. The price is also cheap.

The trash from the previous person was still there. Also, as it is located on a hill, we recommend using the nearby subway station.

Очень хороший завтрак. Доброжелательное и внимательное отношение персонала

Мало места для того, чтобы позавтракать - если на завтрак приходит одновременно много гостей , то придется подождать.

מיקום מרכזי , בעל המלון אדיב נחמד עוזר יחד עם הפקיד הקבוע במרחק של 10 ד הליכה לעיר 4 ד הליכה למטרו. ישנו מרכז מסחרי בקרבה של 2 מטר שוק ירקות חנויות אוכל בגדים , מרכול גדול שפתוח 24/7 בתי מרקחת שפתוחים 24/7. מקום מואר והומה באדם בלילה. החדרים מרווחים גדולים נקיים, מיטות נוחות. ארוחות בוקר עשירות וטעימות. מקום נהדר. אם אחזור אחזור רק לקלאסיק הוטל.

excellent stay at this hotel, would love to come here again.

Great location - close to the metro, most of city attractions are in walking distance. Great staff, very helpful and polite. They’ll help you with everything, show where to buy best Georgian wine, tell you about city attractions and where to buy best city tours. Nice and clean suits, delicious breakfasts. Perfect quality for the value.

Worth the money

The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. Lovely people. Breakfast was good. Although the heated towel rails were off during spring-summer season and we couldn't dry our wet clothes (we were caught in the rain one day), the towels were fresh every day (we stayed for 4 nights)

This neighborhood is really close to the Old Tbilisi. I guess it's being gentrified, but it felt a little gloomy and scary, especially at night, a lot of ruined buildings around. Some facilities in our room urgently needed an upgrade

Very nice hotel. We were surprised to see such nice and modern place so close to old Tbilisi. Rooms were not big, but totaly ebough to stay in. There were also a nice balcony to spend some nice time sitting there. Beds were very comfy, air conditioner worked perfect. Rooms were cleaned daily :)

The breakfast was very tasty and varied. It had boiled eggs, salads, butter and jam, lots of meats and vegetarian options. We really enjoyed the room and that it has hot water and AC

Location is ideal for travelers, near the metro station and city centre. The owner is very accommodating. Room 315 has a very good view and ventilation. Breakfast is great.

Fine hotel, the value for money is excellent.

The hotel is good! It's very close to Old Tbilisi, the neighborhood is quite atmospheric (if you like old parts of a city not being turned into a tourist attraction). The breakfast is fine, and the staff is very welcoming.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable and affordable stay.

The location was perfect - it was in a rather quiet place, but at the same time at the center of the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a decent variety of options. The flexible check-in time was a huge plus and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On top of that, the price was great for all the services provided.

Very good location in the city center, close to metro, shops and everything, and at the same time not on a busy road, so not much traffic. Clean rooms, good value for money.

Construction next to the hotel (not the hotels fault and looks close to completion already), no mini-fridge in room (some similar hotels do provide).

Everything was very nice, warm and cozy, friendly staff, 5 minuts walk from center, 1 minute walk to Spar 24, there is a nice balcony on the 3rd floor, and aromatic atmosphere )

Some bed side lighting (just even simple table lamp) would be nice

Good hotel for Tbilisi trip

The staff was eager to assist. The room had enough space and was kept clean. Breakfast always had enough choices. Location was very convenient - just 4 minutes on foot till Avlabari metro station to reach any place in Tbilisi.

Not a drawback but there is no elevator

Great stay, fantastic staff, affordable and we will be back!

The owner and staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly, gave recommendations and tips about the city and were always on hand to help/answer any questions. We extended our stay at the hotel as we liked it so much!

Cool place to stay especially if you are traveling by a car.

Good location, parking, a lot of caffès around as well as 24/7 grocery store, cleanliness, nice breakfast included and very responsive owner willing to help.
