Good enough for a short stay

The house wasn't far from the airport. The gardener maintained the garden very well. He was quite friendly. We liked that there was running water and electricity throughout our stay.

The host should improve communication as they did not respond to messages via the platform or on sms etc. It was quite frustrating. When we arrived the gardener was not aware we had booked and needed to confirm with the owner. The GPS takes you to a house about 6 doors before the actual house. There are two properties being rented out that are semi detached. The guests next door were quite loud and unfortunately detached the wifi cable so we did not have WiFi for most of our stay which was very inconvenient as I had virtual meetings. The gate isn't automated so every time you arrive you have to call the gardener to enter. Without a local sim card this is inconvenient.

Good value for the number of rooms, Solomon the caretaker was friendly and always willing to help. WiFi was decent and generator was running when there wasn't power.

We were not told the house is split into two units, the beds were very uncomfortable and bedding not changed. Insufficient pots for cooking, bathroom positions and one bathroom was in the shower.
