About this villa rental
The house is a typical home of the Ente Maremma built at the beginning of the 20th century. Located on a panoramic hill, it is surrounded by a garden and an olive grove and some fruit trees on a land of about 2 hectares. A small annex and its extension of contemporary design complete the property. The renovation and the new extension have equipped the house with all the comforts respecting the original architectural features. The stone building has a sloping tiled roof and an external staircase that connects the two floors of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a small kitchen and two bedrooms (each for two people) with a bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with two beds (+ possible armchair bed) and one with four beds) with bathroom and a splendid panoramic terrace.
In the dependence and in the contemporary extension there are 3 bedrooms all with direct access to the garden and 2 bathrooms.
The garden has a swimming pool, 2 large pergolas with a large stone table and a wrought iron table, a barbecue and a bowling green.

The house is marvellous, but actually there is very limited space on the closets, which are either locked ๐ for a private use or missing entirely. We were 17 of us (it means full house), so we were missing also enough chairs on outside terrace. But the swimming pool and overall area were great ๐.

"It was like one week in heaven. We really enjoyed the feeling of being away from normal life. Nice, quiet, peaceful holiday...in the heart of Tuscany country. We will never forget silent mornings (even children were somekind quiet - strange!?!?) and fantastic panorama from pool.
We will definitely go back in the summer.
