The weather is spectacular! Now is the time to plan your summer, fall and if you are dreaming of snow your winter trips to Lake Tahoe-beautiful place to visit every season. If Like to play golf, this cabin is not to far from the Lake Tahoe Golf Course and Tahoe Paradise Golf Course. Like to fish? Head to Echo Lake or Lake Tahoe.

Tahoe Paradise park is nearby with Wednesday Local's favorite farmers market and Sunday concerts in the summer.

The deck in the backyard is a great place to sit back and relax.

This home is centrally located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort-choose your favorite spot.

Peaceful and quiet location, this home is a very well maintained and guests love the great room with views and a family room with a pool table.

The upstairs great room is designed to take in the forest views or relax in front of the gas fireplace on a snowy day. Where Eagles Fly was designed for family relaxation, a peaceful place to gather and to enjoy gorgeous Lake Tahoe. 6.2 Miles to Heavenly or 20 minutes to Sierra at Tahoe

The upstairs level features the spacious living area, dining area with a table that seats 8, and gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances.

There is plenty of room for the family to relax and cook a feast after a day exploring Lake Tahoe, swimming at the beach in the summer or skiing and playing in the snow in the winter.



Additionally the upstairs level features a spacious deck, overlooking the forest, a 1/2 bath, laundry and over sized primary suite. This suite has a king sized bed and the bathroom includes a separate soaking tub, shower and dual sinks.

The lower level includes a family room with tv, comfortable couch and pool table. The lower level has two bedroom one with a queen bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed that is a double/double. The second full bath is on this level.



The sliding door off the family room leads to the hot tub, soak away your cares after a day of hiking or skiing. El Dorado County rules forbid hot tub use between 10:00pm-8:00am. Quiet Hours must be observed between 10:00pm-8:00am

Guests have access to the two car garage and the fenced yard

While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property and have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.



When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.

Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads.

4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.

Pioneer Trail is a primary plow road but Glen Eagles is not plowed as quickly.

Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries)
