Nestled in Criccieth, this attractive cottage for $212 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Downstairs- There is an open plan lounge with a wood burning stove, 48” Curved TV, Bose Cinema Sound with Smart options, PS3 with games, WiFi, DVD's, Bose iPod dock. Dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a double range style cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine and dining table for 6 people. Patio doors lead to the rear decked area which catches the summer sun and is great for mid to late afternoon barbecues. The decked area features garden furniture, kettle barbecue and outside tap with hose. Upstairs- A spacious master bedroom beautifully is furnished in oak, features a king size bed and a 42" TV with Smart options. There is also a double bedroom with a 32" TV. The 3rd bedroom has full size bunk beds. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Outside- Patio doors lead to the rear decked area which catches the summer sun and is great for mid to late afternoon barbecues. The decked area features garden furniture, Weber kettle barbecue and outside tap with hose. Small garden at the front. Off road parking space for up to three cars

Great location, property was well in excess of our expectations being very roomy , comfortable beds , the only disappointment we had to hunt through lots of cupboards and drawers to find the welcome pack and we never did find a visitors book which we would have liked to fill in, whilst we appreciate that it was not for guests use we thought a lock and chain on a kitchen cupboard door gave a bad impression when it could easily have had a proper lock fitted.
over all we loved the property and would return if in the area although touring the area with the new 20mph speed limit is tottaly unnecessary and to my mind more dangerous than 30mph as you are constantly keeping an eye on the speedo instead of the road

A very spacious and well equipped cottage in great condition to use as a base to explore the peninsula.
As I saw on a previous review, for those with mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep and narrow. Also ,there is no lock on the bathroom, but we too came up with a system, so no problems there. Aside from these minor considerations, this place is a gem, and I would have no hesitation in returning, and can highly recommend .

We wanted a few days in North Wales in a comfortable property that was near the coast but within reasonable distance of Snowdonia.
The cottage was in a quiet spot about half a mile from the centre of Criccieth which is a lovely little seaside village with adequate facilities and a feel of the traditional seaside resorts of the 1960s where people enjoyed the natural delights of sun, sea and sand without the need for amusement arcades and fun parks.
The cottage itself was just as described with a clean and modern look, quality finishes and a comfortable feel. It was also absolutely short of nothing you might need while you are there.
We had a lovely few days with wonderful weather and would return again if we ever feel the need to visit North Wales.

Very nice townhouse - clean, comfortable, kitchen loaded with all you need. Unfortunately we found out after a load of wash that the dryer did not work. Put us in a bind as we specifically rented with washer/dryer and did not have time to hang dry. Hope it is fixed for the next renters.

Beautiful, clean and very well equipped property. Very much a home from home. The sea is only a short walk (or drive) away and the dog friendly part of the beach was as clean as the rest of it and the water clear. Can't recommend highly enough.

The cottage is beautiful very cosy, tastefully decorated but mainly home from home, was very clean, bathroom was amazing, kitchen exceptionally large, and very well equipped down to washing up liquid to a coffee machine, nice gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, very private and not to far from a few beaches (it does state no dogs on the beaches however from sept-April) they are allowed which was great as not to busy and allowed the dog freedom to have a good run) the only thing I found which does not reflect on the owners nor the property was a lot of dog muck out the back of the property where we were able to park our cars, it was literally dodge the dog poo.. which is a shame that people can’t pick up after their dogs, but as I state this is not the owners fault.. over all 100% satisfaction and both me my 12 year old and our dog hope to visit the property again in the very near future, thank you Mike and Clare you have an absolutely beautiful property in a perfect location

What a wonderful place to enjoy after a day of exploring castles and beaches and mountains! Everything was perfect and we are very happy we chose to stay here. This was our first - and not last - trip to Wales, and I will stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage.
The house was so cosy - warm, comfy and well equipped. Slept really well in the bed and the bathroom was wonderfully clean and modern - many hours spent soaking in the tub.
Location is perfect for wandering on the beach and exploring Snowdonia. We had fantastic communication with Michael, he was fantastic as a host! Thanks for having us!

We had a very pleasant stay at this excellent property. It was very noticeable how clean it was on arrival, and so very well stocked, with all the kitchen equipment you could need. Everywhere was very well decorated and presented, and it was lovely a spacious too.
