The apartment is 60 m² surface aprox., on last floor of an recently rehabilitated historical building, with high ceilings and large windows. Has elevator. The apartment has one bedroom with big wardrobe, restroom with bed-sofa and a modern and fujnctional kitchen. The toilet has a shower tray. The restroom is confortable, spacious and brigth, with two big balconies. The kitchen is opened to restroom, full equiped and washer-drier. The furniture is modern,with plasma TV, ipod dock and own internet access by WIFI connection. Reception on check in and check out. Very close to main museums (Picasso, Thyssen, Modern Art) and interesting touristics points (Alcazaba, Cathedral) and leisure areas. Also very close to train and subway station, taxi stops and bus station. Two publick parkings less than two minutes walking. Nice walk to the beach.

Great location walking distance to everything you want to see in Malaga. Large apartment with lots of natural light. Elevator was a plus. Very new washer/dryer but clearer comprehensive instructions would be appreciated for travellers not use to this type of appliance. Walls are in need of cleaning, patching and painting.

Apartment was not quite ready when I arrived. It was very cold, there was mold in the shower (reason for 3/5), shelf under bathroom mirror missing, old kitchen fridge with a broken handle (taped) and no shelves - it needs to be replaced! Once reported everything got perfectly fixed & fairly quickly .. except for the fridge which remained as was for 5 weeks.

Thank you very much for offering us this appartment. From booking over check-in through stay and check-out, everything was just perfect. The appartment is located in the lovely old town of Malaga, all places reachable within maximum of 10 - 15 minutes walking.
Very good air condition, I could not find it loud, although it is really downtown. It is 10 minutes walk from C1 train to airport. We were in Malaga first time, but not last time. We will definitely book this appartment again for our next trip to Malaga. The city itself is the one, I'd like to live in over winter (That is the reason, why I was in Malaga). So thank you very much for this stay.

The casement doors in both the lounge and bedroom do not fit properly and were very drafty! Not good for a Jan letting. The cleaning equipment that was stored on the balcony was unusable after rain. Only two very small cups. No where to drain washed dishes. Fridge door has been repaired with bits of wood and sellotape! The location is brilliant! The Management Team were also brilliant! Wont go there again.

The place was as described. Perfect location, close to all the sights in Malaga. We did self check and had no problems at all. We loved Malaga and will come back for sure. Everybody should see Malaga with its display of lights during the Christmas season!

A lovely stay in Malaga
This apartment is in a terrific location, close to the Metro station and all of the sights - only a 10 min walk to the Cathedral and Alcazaba. Nadia was there to greet us even though we were later than expected and she was very helpful showing us around the apartment. Although on the top floor we were very pleased that there was a lift - a rare find!
The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was lots of closet space and the bathroom had good water pressure. Although in a busy area, things quieted down nicely after about 11 pm.
Our only quibble was that the kitchen wasn't that well equipped - a very small fridge, only two tiny mugs for coffee (we bought larger ones), no sharp knife, can opener or scissors (or soap in the bathroom). Regardless, we managed well enough and had an excellent stay here!

Great location for old city, shopping, market, restaurants and train station. Only 20 mins to beach, but walk further along for quieter area. Apartment clean and spacious for two people, with good basic equipment. Fantastic communication with Nadia.

wonderful time in old town in Malaga
Stayed in Malaga for nearly two weeks. The communication with Nadia was excellent, from a mistake on my side during the reservation quickly resolved, with some pre-stay questions, her arranging a pick-up taxi to communication regarding cleaning during the stay and updates on weather during the stay.
The property is as described with very high ceilings, lift and very clean with basic facilities. Great AC & ceiling fans, two balconies and many books.
Location is unbeatable: two blocks from the Mercado Central de Atarazanas, 4 blocks from the main shopping street. And everything else in walking distance: the beaches, port Muello Uno, Parque de Malaga and off course nearby all restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries.
The only slight negative experience we did not think about is there is much construction going on around and above the property and early deliveries in the very early morning that are very noisy, also mainly due to French doors let too much sound through.
Otherwise it has been a very relaxing stay in the very best location.

Super location. Very centrally located wonderful functional apartment. Very secure. Only hesitation is that the sheets on the bed may not have been laundered. However the washing machine in the apartment worked perfectly . And after laundering the sheets we were very pleased.

Perfect location
The location of the apartment was perfect. It was within walking distance of everything. There was lots of restaurants in the area. The market is around the corner and great to pick up fruit, cheese and meats. There is also a small supermarket to pick up snacks if needed. The beach is about a 15 minute walk and the pier area is nice to walk along. The apartment was clean and had everything that you would need for your stay. We were very happy with the apartment.

Perfect
The apartment is perfect! It is in the centre of the old town and accessible for many of the restaurants and tapas bars. Nadia was very helpful and communicated well with us and we would love to stay again in this apartment

Well appointed apartment in excellent central old town location
The flat is lovely - light and bright with everything that you might want (apart from a dishwasher which would have made life even better). It is close to more bars and restaurants than you could ever need and also near the main shopping area. However the street itself is pedestrianized and it is not noisy at all. Our daughter rented the adjacent, slightly smaller flat next door and that worked really well as it would for any two couples who wanted a level of separation on their holiday together.
Nadia and her colleagues were extremely helpful before and during the visit. Parking was a challenge in the pedestrian area but we paid for private parking 10 minutes walk away and that worked very well once we had dropped our luggage.
I strongly recommend this apartment and location - it is with other holiday apartments in the same block which is a well restored old building.

Amazing apartment
This is a superb apartment in the heart of Malaga old town. It is close to restaurants and all major sites but is very quiet in the evening and early morning - perfect for a great night's rest. The apartment is clean and well serviced and after a week on the Camino de Santiago was perfect for freshening our clothes, recharging our batteries and enjoying the sunshine by the open windows with a good book.

Fantastic apartment - bright and clean with a central location in the old town!
We stayed for four nights in this wonderful corner suite. The pictures accurately reflect the bright and nicely decorated space. The three balconies were delightful and the high ceilings give a very spacious feel to the apartment. It was nice to be able to see the historic church bell tower! Everything was in perfect condition and exceptionally clean. You couldn't ask for more with a central location in the old town Easy access to shopping, the market, restaurants, and sightseeing was ideal for a short stay.
Nadia and her team were great to deal with and communication was quick and easy. I had needed to change the booking dates and Nadia was very responsive and helpful in making the change. Check-in was seamless, meeting us at the door on time to show us the apartment. Thank you very much for sharing this lovely place! I hope we have the opportunity to return again.

Bright, Open Apartment, Excellent Location & Lovely Host
We would return to this apartment if in Malaga again. Apartment: It was a well-kept building with high ceilings and big windows which made it wonderfully bright. It was good to have the option of stairs and an elevator (lift). There were enough pots, pans, utensils etc. to easily make meals in the apartment. Only concern was the bathroom was a bit small. The bedroom was large with lots of closet space and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was fresh and clean. All of the pictures were a true reflection of what the apartment looked like. There were three juliette balconies which was lovely. Location: It was wonderful to be able to step out of the apartment and have immediate access to restaurants, the market, and shopping. Loved the location! It was amazingly quiet after 10 pm until the morning in the apartment and neighbourhood, which was astounding since the apartment is right in town. We enjoyed hearing the pretty church bells. We felt very safe in the apartment and no concerns at all in the neighbourhood. Host: Nadia was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. Great flat great location
We’ve just returned after spending four nights at this apartment and thought it was great. We were met at the flat and shown the ropes, everything we needed was available. The location is ideal for site seeing around Malaga centre all main attractions are within walking distance. I would recommend Malaga and this flat looking for a city break

Great central location for enjoying Malaga.
Ideal for two people for a short stay. Well placed in heart of Malaga and close to shops, restaurants etc. Central train station is a 5 to 10 minute easy walk. Would definitely use if visiting Malaga again.

Excellent location
Stayed here for a nice 4 night break in November. The property is ideally located for visiting the old town and the harbour. The facilities meet all basic needs except there was no crockery on our visit which might be a problem if you plan to cook and eat at the apartment although I’m sure this would be provided if requested. The bed was also extremely comfortable - overall a very nice place to stay.
