Welcome to Mauritius! First villa offered on short term rental, the second one being visible on offer No. 6661332, ‘Villa Pampas 1’ is a 160 sqm geodesic dome villa with a unique architecture where a sense of harmony, light and space prevails. With a large private pool heated in winter and a lush tropical garden entirely fenced to guarantee total intimacy, you will enjoy a very comfortable, peaceful and safe holidays during your stay. ‘Villa Pampas’ boasts a suite on the ground floor (master bedroom with kingsize bed and adjacent bath room), two bedrooms on the first floor (with queen size bed) with another bathroom, all bedrooms air conditioned, a very spacious living room with an elegant interior design of contemporary style, a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart TV, international channels, monitored alarm system with mobile guarding intervention from Brinks, CCTV system (For added security, some exterior areas are under CCTV surveillance: The road in front of the villa, the gate & driveway from the gate to the villa, the garage & outside the main access/door and the rear of the villa), baby equipment (cot, highchair, stroller, rocker, safety stair gate) as well as a cleaning lady services inclusive. The cleaning lady is very quiet and helpful, and she may prepare typical local dishes and cuisine as an optional extra. ‘Villa Pampas’ is located within walking distance (100m) of the very nice Albion public beach and the Club Med La Plantation d’Albion 5 star resort where you may have the opportunity of enjoying some of their services (Bar/Restaurant on all inclusive, nautical sports, pools, mini golf, tennis/sports, etc.) for a fixed package for a day. There is a well stocked grocery within 3 minutes drive from the Villa as well as a few restaurants (1 or 2) within walking distance. Ideal for a romantic holiday or for a family holiday, for a short or medium term rental, Villa Pampas can’t wait to welcome you!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villa Pampas. The pool was the perfect size (our 4 year old and 9 year old loved it!) set in beautiful tropical gardens. Two good sized bathrooms with showers, comfy beds and air conditioning in all three bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Dorine welcomed us and dropped in every morning bar Sunday to clean and wash towels and bedding, etc. Paris our host arranged our transfers to and from the airport and also arranged for a hire car to be delivered to the villa on our first morning. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Which made our holiday extra special. Albion was the perfect base to explore the whole island. We hope to be back at some point in the future. A real gem of a place away from the more touristy areas.

Nice house and garden.Only 10 minutes walk to a very good restaurant, and to the public beach.Dorine was a very clever and kind woman.

It was a very nice vacation at Villa Pampas. Everything was clean and nice. Also Soumila always took care of the house every morning and was super friendly and helpful with any quedtions we had. Thanks a lot for the great experience!

Villa is massive. Very clean and if you think it looks nice one the pictures just wait as it looks even better in real. Very nicely decorated. Pool and garden area well planned ,we have had coco nut, papaya and pasion fruit to try out of the trees in the garden.
From the balcony you can watch sun setting down.
Dorin the lady who looks after the villa is very nice and she can cook for you if you want to. Kitchen is well equipped but near by you can find few restaurants. Albion beach is just short walk away from the villa but I would strongly recommend to hire a car to be able to explore other places near by. Owners are nice and helpful, on arrival they will give you all information about the villa and area near by, communication pre and during the stay- excellent. I'm happy to answer any questions and recommend it to everyone
