About this house rental
Nestled in Baveno, this attractive house for $117 per night is a great option for your next trip. Ideally center and only a 10-minute walk from the center. The apartment is located on the top floor of the house, but is accessed by a side entrance independent and you have to climb a flight of stairs. The furniture is all new and well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cookware nonstick excellent brand. The cleanliness of the entire apartment is taken care of and the bed linen and towels are of excellent quality. The large terrace overlooking the lake is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, dine lulled by the lights and the music that comes from the premises of the lakefront.

Een mooi appartement met een schitterend uitzicht.
Schoon appartement , groot genoeg voor twee volwassenen en een of twee niet al te grote kinderen.
Alles wat nodig is is aanwezig.
Het dakterras is ruim en er is bijna altijd zon en schaduw.
Het uitzicht is geweldig.
Patrizia is een zeer hartelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw.
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.
Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Nice Apartment with fantastic view
The apartment was very comfortable with excellent wi-fi, all the amenities needed, and a lovely terrace overlooking the town and lake. Patricia was very warm and welcoming as well as checked in on me a few times to make sure I had what I needed for my stay. The parking is a bit tight as the apartment is on a narrow road, yet it is easy to walk into town if you come without a car. I would recommend this apartment for anyone coming to visit Baveno.

Très bien
L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et propre. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. Patrizia nous a très bien accueilli. Sous la terrasse (très agréable aussi), il y a une ligne de chemin de fer avec un peu de traffic. C'est supportable. L'appartement est équipé de double vitrage mais on entend quand même les trains passer.
Baveno est très bien situé pour aller visiter les îles Borromées, une splendeur absolue.
Sur le plan commercial, il y a peu de petits commerces et les supérettes ne sont pas extraordinaires, mais on trouve quelques bons restaurants comme La Posta. Sinon ,il vaut mieux faire quelques courses à Stresa.
Globalement, on est enchanté de notre séjour et du rapport qualité prix de l'appartement. Si vous avez le temps on vous recommande d'aller faire un tour à Orta San Giulio, un magnifique village sur le lac d'Orta à une petite demi-heure de Baveno.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, die Aussicht von der Terrasse so schön wie auf dem Foto!!!! Die Vermieterin Patrizia spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Baveno und werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!

Wonderfully equipped apartment
A fabulous, comfortable apartment with amazing terrace overlooking the lake. About 10 minutes walk from the centre of Baveno, (downhill into town, steep uphill on the way back!)
Patrizia was extremely helpful, and gave valuable advice on local attractions, of which there are many. We arrived by train and used the ferries and bus to explore this lovely area. Would highly recommend!
The house is next to the railway line, and you cannot ignore the trains, but we didn’t find the noise intrusive.
A beautiful location, friendly people, and overall a brilliant holiday.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Für zwei Personen ist sie ideal. Die grosse Terrasse mit Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Alles in Allem für uns ein gelungener Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer gut war.

Großartig
Schöne Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Alles da, was man braucht und alles gepflegt und sauber. Tolle Terasse mit super Blick auf den Ort und den See. Den Zug unterhalb des Hauses hört man zwar, aber das Rauschen stört überhaupt nicht. Patrizia ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles.

This is a charming, cosy, beautiful apartment and I had quite a great stay here. There is a magnificent terrace and the view on the lake is really impressive. Patrizia (the owner) and her family are super friendly and it was a pleasure to get to know them. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöner Balkon und nette Vermieterin!
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat alles, um zu kochen und sich wohl zu fühlen, und der grosse Balkon ist einfach wunderschön! Die Bahnlinie verläuft zwar etwas unterhalb des Hauses vorbei, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Baveno ist ein kleines entspanntes Dorf - ein guter Ausgangspunkt um zu wandern oder den See zu erkunden. Und Patrizia ist super sympathisch und unkompliziert! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, Patrizia, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice Apartment with a beautiful view over the Lake
We really enjoyed our stay at Patrizias apartment. The apartment has a beautiful view over the lake, the kitchen is well equipped, nothin was missing. Patrizia was a great host and always responded very quickly whenever we had a question.
The apartment is only a couple minutes walk away from the pier and also close to the railway-station. We enjoyed both and made several trips across the lake and visited Milano by train. As some guests mentioned, since the apartment is close to the railway-station, you can hear the trains passing by, but that didn't really bother us.
If we visit Baveno a second time we will definitely consider to stay at Patrizias apartment again.

Nachteil: Bahngleise sehr nah, Tag und Nacht Hundegebell (sehr Nervtötend)

Toller Blick auf den Lago Maggiore
Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Platz zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich auch mal bei regnerischen Wetter innen aufhalten kann.
Der Ort selbst ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt im Ort Restaurants, so dass man abends auch auswärts essen kann. Wobei die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist und man dort gut kochen kann.
Patrizia ist eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Die Nähe zum Bahnhof haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Es hat für uns die Wohnqualität nicht gemindert.
Wir würden beim nächsten Urlaub am Lago Maggiore diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt!
Wie verbrachten 5 Nächte vor Ostern in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Baveno. Hervorzuheben ist der große, private Balkon, schön bepflanzt, mit Liegestühlen, Esstisch und super Aussicht auf den See. Auch ansonsten blieben in der Wohnung keine Wünsche offen: sehr sauber, 1a ausgestattet, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus, eine hilfsbereite, nette Vermieterin...Alles in Allem kann man die Wohnung und auch den kleinen Ort Baveno nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick auf den See
Wir verbrachten hier einen sehr schönen,entspannten Urlaub.
Das Wohnung liegt im Ortsteil Romanico, etwas oberhalb vom Ortskern, sodass man ruhig wohnt und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See genießen kann.
Man erreicht den Ort und den Lago Maggiore in 10 min zu Fuss.
Hier findet man Geschäfte, die alles für den täglichen Bedarf bieten.
Baveno bietet sich als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen an.
Wir fanden eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung vor, in der uns nichts fehlte.
Die Wohnung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung.
Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich von der Vermieterin Patrizia und ihrer Familie aufgenommen.
Patrizia ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele gute Tipps.
Sie spricht sehr gut Englisch, sodass die Verständigung kein Problem ist.
Wir haben uns selten in einer Ferienwohnung so willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in der Wohnung.

Appartment wie beschrieben, alles tiptop ! Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr hilfsbereit, stets erreichbar. Super Ausblick auf der schönen Terrasse, Geschäfte fussläufig zu erreichen, Küche und Bad und überhaupt alles komplett eingerichtet. Es gab definitv nichts zu beanstanden. Toller Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder !

Der Ausblick - einfach herrlich
Die Wohnung war -wie angegeben - sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Wir danken Patrizia für ihre zuvorkommende Hilfsbereitschaft. Sie ermöglichte uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See, und man ist schnell am Ufer, im Stadtzentrum und auf dem Wochenmarkt. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und die schöne Terrasse genießen. Luxe appartement met groot privé dakterras
Wij zijn met 2 personen een week in dit schone en goed onderhouden appartement geweest. Een pré is echt het dakterras waar je heerlijk kunt genieten van zowel zon als schaduw en een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Overal horren voor de ramen, ideaal! Linnengoed is aanwezig net als veel informatie materiaal over de omgeving. De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en heeft leuke tips. Uitje naar de bergen in de omgeving is een aanrader!
Kortom wij zouden dit app. zeker aanraden aan familie of vrienden en willen Patrizia dan ook bedanken voor de leuke vakantieweek!

A small piece of information for future travellers - the parking place is more suited to a smaller vehicle. We had rented a larger car at the airport, and while it wasn't really a problem it would definitely have been easier with a smaller one!
We would definitely recommend this to any couple looking for non-hotel accommodation in Baveno, and if we return to the same area would stay here again.

We had the opportunity to stay at this apartement for our spring holidays in may / june.
First - this apartment was much more than we even had expected, considering the reasonable booking rates in this time of the year. The spacy rooms were perfectly sized for our small family (2 adults, 1 child), and the interior fittings and the house's equipment left no wish unfulfilled.
The most important feature of the apartment might be the superb panoramic view of the lake, especially at evening time.
All the small village's important places are in walking distance: supermarkets, street market, the railway station, historic churches and, of course, the lake with it's promenade and the ferry stations.
The apartment is situated on the top floor of the owner's house, with a completely separate entrance and stairway, of course. The house owner, Mrs. C, speaks english perfectly and was really helpful with tips for day tours and places of interest, plus she helped us find the best dinner we had in our whole stay, at La Rampolina restaurant.
We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!
