If you bring your own boat, the marina offers a boat ramp and dock parking for a small fee! Lake Travis boasts trophy Bass fishing for the angler in your group. Feel free to bring your lake toys. Boats and jet skis etc. are welcomed! Our paved driveway is very long....you can park your boat/ trailer right outside the front door for convenience. This welcoming home offers a private Master Bedroom suite on its own floor with a large private walk in shower and deck with great views of Lake Travis/Briarcliff Marina and the Hill Country. There are two large bedrooms on the mid -level with their own full bathroom. A laundry room with a convenient washer and dryer is also on this level. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has two matching Bunkbeds....Twin sized on the top with Full sized beds on the bottom. This amazing room has its own Large smart T.V...(a favorite with kids who bring their own video game systems.) There is a large desk in the bunkroom...great for virtual school or work! Children and adults love this nautical themed room. The pet fee is $99 PER Dog....2 Dog maximum...NO cats or other animals allowed due to allergies. The pet fee is charged per reservation, NOT per night. Due to insurance, we do NOT allow "visiting" dogs from local family or friends that may visit you at our home during your stay.
