Nestled in Calella de Palafrugell, this attractive house for $168 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Destination: In the heart of the Costa Brava, Region chosen by National Geographic for its Best Trips 2012. Calella de Palafrugell offers 6 beaches with turquoise water. The combination of the charm of a fishing village and all the amenities of a modern seaside resort. Ideally served by Girona or Barcelona airports, easily accessible by freeway, Calella is in the center of a region rich in tourist, sports and gastronomic attractions. From the house, the beaches are at 5mn walking distance, restaurants and all amenities of Calella are at 7mn walking distance. The property: The house, completely refurbished in autumn 2012, offers a high standing space at 5 minutes walk from the beaches. It has a large secure garage with direct access to the entrance hall, which serves a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an independent toilet, and a large modern and comfortable living / dining room, from which you can access the terrace and its lounge area, as well as the garden. On the second floor, the master bedroom, with dressing room, WC and Italian shower en suite, opens onto a sunny terrace. On the same landing, there are two double bedrooms with large closets, as well as a bathroom and WC. Finally, the second floor offers another very luminous double bedroom with shower and WC, and a magnificent terrace from which you can see the sea. The house benefits from a spacious private garden (150m²), but is also part of a community with two beautiful swimming pools. From the house, the beaches are at 5mn walking distance, the restaurants and all the amenities of Calella at 7mn walking distance.

This house has a great set up for groups. My in-laws, parents and my partner and our two kids under 4 stayed at the house for 9 days. Fours bathrooms, four bedrooms (2 with sea views from the balconies) and gates on the stairs for little ones. The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, beach and pool items are available and plenty of linens and towels. The property is walking distance to town and the botanical gardens so we rarely used the car during our stay and everyone had freedom to do their own thing. The address is wrong on the posting (it's down the street so make sure you get it in advance to make the check in process smoother). We hope to book again for future family trips!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für die Familie oder mit Freunden
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen bewaldeten Lage. Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig und hat hübsch eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Bäder waren teilweise in die Schlafzimmer integriert und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Das Haus besitzt eine Tiefgarage für zwei Fahrzeuge mit direkten Zugang zum Haus. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage oberhalb des Meeres und für große Familien oder mit Freunden bestens geeignet.

Satisfaisant, propriétaire et gérant immobilier à l'ecoute
Maison bien équipée agréable, des problèmes d'eau chaude dans l'une des 3 salles de bain.
2 clés de la maison pour 8 personnes, un peu juste, une seule télécommande pour sortir du parking et l'ouverture du garage ne fonctionne que de l'intérieur... donc une certaine organisation pour les voitures.

La location permet de découvrir la plus belle partie de la côte catalane.
La location est très agréable et confortable. Très bien meublée, gaie , sous les arbres et tout près du centre de Calella et des plages. Il est très facile de randonner vers le sud et le nord à partir de la location.
Le garage en dessous est très pratique et grand.
Gerone Begur Empuries et Peratallada ne sont pas loin et méritent la visite.
Le bourg de Calella est gai animé et présente des commerces et restaurants. Sinon les supermarchés sont à 5 mn en voiture.

A most enjoyable stay
The property is very well placed between the facilities in the town of Calella de Palafrugell and the beautiful cove at Calla el Golfet, where we swam several times. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for us to gather as a family as well as to spend time alone as couples. We really enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful corner of the world. We used the pools several times too and always had them to ourselves.

Bonne expérience sur la Costa Brava
Très bonne semaine passée dans cette maison agréable, proche de nombreuses plages, bien que le jardin soit petit, la terrasse où l'on peut diner est agréable, et le bruit de la route n'est pas gênant pour bien dormir, la cuisine est bien équipée et la piscine entretenue.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, l'maison est très confortable, très proche du centre et à quelques minutes à pied de belles plages.
Malheureusement, le wiifii a un signal faible.

Nous avons pleinement profité de cette villa très spacieuse à 7 personnes, 3 couples + une personne seule Avons particulièrement apprécié, la proximité Calella 10 minutes à pied par ce superbe sentier littoral, le garage très spacieux de 3 voitures en sous sol, nous avions aussi 7 Vtt qui nous ont permis de découvrir chemins magnifiques et très nombreux de la régions, plage dans les criques en bas de maison, les piscines communautaires particulièrement bien entretenues, tout cela pour un prix de location très raisonnables. Nous aurons grand plaisir à revenir

MAISON IDEALE
Excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien conçue et très bien équipée. Nous étions 3 couples et 2 enfants, chacun son espace nuit et salle d'eau. Extérieur très agréable avec terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas, coin pelouse où les enfants ont pu jouer en toute sécurité. Très bien située, à 10 mn à pied de la très belle plage d'El Golfet et 10 mn du centre du village. Le plus : un grand garage où nous avons pu garer nos 2 voitures. Merci au propriétaire, nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.
