Located in the heart of the village of Heacham, near the popular holiday resort of Hunstanton our cosy, full of character, modern 3 bedroom cottage with secure and private south facing garden, garage and parking space, provides the perfect setting to explore the west facing beaches of the stunning North Norfolk coastline recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether your interests are watching wildlife, walking and cycling or enjoying the unspoilt countryside and safe local beaches, Carpenter’s Cottage provides quality, comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Using contemporary furnishings throughout the property is caringly presented to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cosy sitting room, with its log burner, tv and powerful internet wifi service comfortably seats 5 adults. Whilst the well equipped kitchen/dining area fully supports all self catering needs. The two double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom are furnished with high quality beds, mattresses and bedding. Upstairs is also the family shower room with a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Towels and quality toiletries are provided for all guests along with kitchen and bathroom necessities. A detailed personal service is provided throughout from initial enquiry through to arrival when you will find a welcome basket of essentials including free range eggs from our own chickens.

We had a wonderful time. My son was playing in a golf competition at Hunstanton Golf Club so we needed accommodation. The cottage had everything we wanted, felt very homely and safe. You can tell that the cottage is dearly loved by its owners. 10/10.
The host was so helpful and accommodating and dealt with any questions I had very promptly. I would highly recommend this host and would definitely stay again should we need accommodation in the area.

The cottage fitted all our requirements and some. Very cosy and welcoming, very clean. A thoughtful welcome gift from the owner who was very friendly. Great location for local shops and attractions. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Lovely.

The cottage has everything you could wish for, pretty little garden, beautifully decorated rooms, kitchen has every machine or utensil you could possibly need. Cosy sitting room with comfy sofas and a log burner. Comfy beds, nice bed linen, beautiful bathroom. Close to beach, local shops. 10 mins from ordolk Lavender

Communication prior to our stay was excellent. Teresa ensured we had all the information we needed to have a wonderful stay. The cottage was lovely and I believe catered for just about every eventuality including a little “emergency” drawer. The location was perfect, but stop just outside if you don’t fancy driving. The supermarket is only two minutes away and the beach is within walking distance. It was quiet the whole time we stayed, the only noise was the gulls flying overhead. Really a cottage to be recommended.

Carpenters Cottage is cosy, clean, very comfy and has everything you need and more. You could never leave for all the books and games on hand but it is also in a great location if you want to venture out. Excellent communication with the owners and a very generous welcome basket! We will be back!

It is located within a very short walk from the village High Street, with excellent bakery and only 10 mins walk to Lavender Fields, which is an attraction, but also has a great farm shop, where we shopped for all our cooking needs. Lots to do and visit, in addition to the beautiful beaches.
The cottage was really clean and had all the things we needed, such as washing detergent, dishwasher tabs, cleaning materials etc which aren't always provided in self catering accommodation.
Teresa was very quick to respond to any queries we had, before and during our stay and we would love to stay again and explore more of such a lovely area.

A lovely clean comfortable cottage, the owner was available at all times by text and a bonus was that we were able to charge our car. A great location with shops and fish and chips just round the corner

The cottage is a great location on the North Norfolk cost with easy access to any of the walks, locations and sights you could wish for. A well stocked Tesco Express is less than a minute away from the property. The property is well equipped and all the rooms are a good size and the available space is well thought out. It is also decorated in keeping with Carpenters theme as are the fixtures and fittings. Teresa the host left a well supplied welcome basket which included red and white wine, which was chilling ig the fridge when we arrived, to suit my partners and my wine preference. The small garden is plenty big enough to relax in, is private and catches the sun nicely. All in Al this was an excellent choice to stay and use as a Base for exploring the area.

Very good location, the property had everything we needed. A few minutes walk to Norfolk Lavender. Couple of pubs in walking distance and also the chippy just round the corner. Tesco is a minutes walk away too.
The cottage had a well equipped kitchen and a nice little garden which we sat in a couple of times. The owner communication was excellent and we really appreciated the welcome basket. Would definitely recommend.

If you need a place that is central to all the amenities then this is the place. This luxury cottage is in a perfect location and contains EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It was so lovely to be welcomed with a basket of treats and chilled rose! Teresa is an excellent host and is at the end of the phone may you have any worries. Can’t wait to return ☺️

Carpenter’s Cottage is a lovely, comfortable place to stay.
With a sweet little garden and dedicated car parking space, it has excellent facilities too. A short walk from Heacham beaches, and well situated for exploring other Norfolk coastal villages and bays, it is superbly situated.i

This is a lovely, well presented and well equipped cottage in a great location. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and off street parking was really useful. The garden is a wonderful sun trap and the local Tesco express a minute’s walk away was well stocked and really convenient.

A beautiful and well equipped cottage. From booking to after care, Teresa managed our stay excellently and nothing was too much trouble. I’m lucky to stay in a few holiday properties each year - this was one of the most comfortable! We will be back

From the moment we had contact with the owner, everything was excellent. Extremely clean and well set up for the changes due to Covid. Lovely cottage which the children found really homely and an ideal base to explore the gorgeous beaches and surroundings of Norfolk.
