You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, a few steps from a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants, shops at 700 meters (770 yards), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). Casa Piersilvia C is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a flight of stairs (approximately 14 steps). You will not need a car to stay at Casa Piersilvia C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 50.00.Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 15.00/day. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 1.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out). Casa Piersilvia A, B and C are three apartments witch are part of a small building located on the top of the characteristic village of Praiano, from where you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Amalfi Coast. This village is well known for its slow life style of its inhabitants and for he friendly atmosphere of its restaurants and cafes. Casa Piersilvia is a few steps from the main tourist attractions, such as Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum and many others... Trekking lovers will find there the ideal place for their mountain itineraries on the peaks of the Amalfi Coast. The most important is the Path of the Gods from where you will face breathtaking panoramas and reach ancient hamlets and convents nearby. Terrace The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have an enchanting view of the sea and of the street below. Living Room The living room is paved with tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. Please kindly note. Beautiful appartment, very well-equipped, nice and clean and with very polite and helpsom host. It is placed centrally for experiences in the region. The town is rather small, but nice and carm, luckily not so booked by tourists. The busstraffic is very loaded because of the many tourists travelling between the towns. We loved staying here! Casa Piersilvia C was the perfect space for my stepmother and myself. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the street activity in the morning. There was always something going on, including 3 burros hauling constructions supplies! Over all a wonderful place. We also loved Ivan the host. What a joy he is. I would use Summer In Italy again. It was a good decision!

We enjoyed Casa Piersilvia C very much and would recommend it. The location is perfect but noisy soon in the morning because of the hardware store located at the ground floor. Ivan, the owner, was fantastic and helpful. The team of Summer In Italy is awesome and very helpful organizing our tourist trip in Italy.

Very clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need. The south facing terrace is small but big enough for two to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The location was very good being just across the road from the local bus stop. The owner lived close by and was very nice and helpful. We were very happy with everything. Booking was fine, very easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Piersilvia C, a quaint apartment which is situated in Praiano, a typical Italian village. The apartment had everything we needed and was situated in a wonderful position overlooking the sea. We were made to feel very welcome and very quickly felt part of the small village where the locals smiled and tried to converse. The owner offered a warm, friendly welcome which was most appreciated. Keep up the good work and thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to return one day. Word of mouth was our deciding factor when booking. Summer In Italy offered very informative information which made our choice easier. We would recommend their service to our friends.

The owner, Ivan, went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and understood how to get around with ease. When questions arose he came within ten minutes. Really great flat, excellent location - you have to get used to the steep landscape but it's the same everywhere in the region. The bed was really comfy, and we had everything we needed. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only very small downside was the noise in the morning from people in the street outside and the flat above, but that's to be expected in a town where people are working. All in all, would definitely recommend!

We LOVED Casa Piersilvia C! Mr. Ivan was a wonderful owner, very friendly, helpful and kind. He provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect. We got to experience village life... The food, the friendly down to earth people, the laughter of the children playing in the town square. It was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip and it was so pleasant to come back to this charming, quaint apartment. We loved watching the sunrise and enjoyed the quiet of the evenings. You guys are AMAZING! Your newsletter helped us out a lot, especially when it came to the restaurants and parking. THANK YOU for all the great advice.
