Tastefully decorated with a large terrace covered with flowers, a summer table with chairs, a balancelle and outside arm-chairs on the last floor of a building (with a lift). Ideal for eating an sunbathing outside. The flat offers air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the sitting-room, large TV in the main bedroom, TV in second bedroom both with satellite channels, linen provided ; shopping facilities and underground two lines 5 minutes away. Nice, cosy and quiet in spite of its location.

Apartment is located close to St Charles Station which is very convenient, but perhaps not the most attractive of neighbourhoods. Highlight of the property is the gorgeous terrace where you can chill out and soak up the sun in private.
Vera was a great host making us feel welcome when we arrived and providing plenty of local information. Overall I would recommend this property.

Appartement central et fonctionnel
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Vera qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. L’appartement est très bien équipé, bien agencé et bénéficie d’une magnifique terrasse très agréable pour les repas et le farniente. Le quartier, populaire, est proche de la gare Saint Charles et situé à 15 min à pied du vieux port de Marseille et du quartier du Panier.

Oase mitten in der Stadt
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Bildern und kleinen Hinguckern. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und eignet sich wunderbar zum Draussen-Essen. Man kann sich auf den Liegestühlen fühlen, als hätte man einen eigenen Garten mitten in der Stadt.
Eine gut und üppig eingerichtete Küche mit allem, was man braucht, wenn man gerne kocht, rundet das ganze ab.
Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe ermöglicht eine problemlose Nutzung des öffenlichen Nahverkehrs, die Metro fährt direkt zum alten Hafen und ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebendso fahren viele Busse vom Gare Saint-Charles ab, die z.B. die Wohnung mit den Mucem oder dem Pharo Catalan verbinden.
Wer gerne zu Fuß geht - der Hafen ist gut erreichbar und alle Sehendswürdigkeiten innerhalb der Stadt (Panier, St. Victor, Notre-Dame de la Garde) ebenfalls (Vorsicht, Marseille ist sehr hügelig).
Frau Tur ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die sich kümmert, alle Fragen schnell beantwortet und die viele Tipps gibt, um Marseille und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

L'appartement de Véra est bien situé, à quelques encablures de la gare. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied.
Le logement correspond très bien à la description et la place de parking est un vrai plus qui permet de profiter de Marseille sans se soucier de la voiture. Pour 4 à 5 personnes, l'appartement est parfaitement adapté.

Wir hatten 5 schöne Tage in Marseille - T-Shirt-Wetter, wenn zuhaus bereits der erste Frost eingesetzt hatte. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Terrasse unglaublich schön. Wir haben jeden Abend dort gesessen, bis es zu Bett ging. Vera ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Bahnhofsgegend ist vermutlich nirgends besonders schön, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - zumal man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte

La terraza estupenda, respecto a la ubicación está a 5min de la estación de tren si te vas a desplazar por la zona es muy cómodo y a 20 min aprox. del Puerto viejo andando, no es la mejor zona de Marsella. La anfitriona muy atenta, intentando ayudar y aconsejar. Con margen en la salida como puntos positivos. Una pena que no esté limpio, le hace falta una limpieza en profundidad

Super semaine !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et chaleureux. La terrasse est très agréable. Cet appartement est idéalement situé car à 5 min de la gare et donc à 5min du métro et autres transports en commun permettant de naviguer dans tout Marseille sans utiliser la voiture.

Bonne location mais quartier pas propre.
Appartement spacieux avec une grande terrasse bien fleurie où on pris tous nous repas. Vera est très accueillante. Literie parfaite dans une chambre, celle de Vera. Mais literie moins confort pour l autre chambre occupée par ma fille. Déplacement facile pour les plages de Cassis, Bandol...par train, gare à côté de l appartement.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhof
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, die Terasse wunderbar, alle so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin unkompliziert und ihre Antworten kamen immer schnell. 5 min vom Bahnhof St.Charles und Metro, also alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Eine gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit persönlichem Flair. Das besondere ist die Terrasse im 6 Stock.
Die Lage am Bahnhof ist zentrumsnah und man kann vieles zu Fuß machen. Uns hat es gut gefallen

Sehr schöne Zentrumsnahe Wohnung mit großer gemütlicher Dachterasse...
Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben , groß gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet . Sie hat eine sehr schöne Dachterasse und liegt Zentrumsnah ,zu Fuß ca. 20 min. zum Alten Hafen und nur 5 min. zum Bahnhof. Auch das sich die Wohnung im 6. Stock befindet ist dank eines Aufzugs kein Problem. Wir hatten wirklich alles was wir brauchten und waren rundum Zufrieden. Vera ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber , sie hat uns alles erklärt und viele Tips gegeben . Zur Begrüßung gab es noch eine Flasche Wein , die wir uns auf der Terasse schmecken liesen. Es war ein rundherum gelungener super Ausflug . Sollten wir wieder nach Marseille kommen, dann

Marvellous marseille
We had three short but great days in Marseille. Vera was the loveliest host spending plenty of time with us to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is situated close to Gare St Charles and a supermarket is a short walk. The apartment was very well equipped with three good sized bedrooms and separate toilet. A very pleasant terrace was a lovely spot for afternoon drinks or breakfast. Wish could have stayed longer.

A wondeful apartment and host, highly recommend!
Vèra's apartment was charming and comfortable. She was a wonderful host, providing juice, milk, and rosè for us to comfortably settle in, to suggesting how we best spend our short time in Marseilles, to even booking a reservation at a local restaurant for us. I would highly recommend a stay at Vèra's home, it is extremely comfortable, and charming, with beautiful artwork throughout the apartment, and a lovely terrace when you want to be outside. The apartment is an easy 5 minute walk to the main train station which connects you to all the public transportation you'll need, including the shuttle to and from the airport. We couldn't have been more happy with our stay, and look forward to the opportunity to return in the future!! Thank you Vèra!

Thank you Vera! We have enyoyed our stay with 5 persons for one week very much! Living in the middle of Marseille felt very good! We got a very kind and friendly welcome, a professional handling and a beautyful Apartment, with air condicion and everything you need! We really felt fine and do recomend Vera and the flat to everybody, who has the interest, to have a good experience in Marseille!

Beautiful, private and comfortable!
Vera's home is a refuge after a busy day. She had everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Though not in the tourist area, and in a neighborhood that you may not want to venture into, it has easy access to the trains
which take you anywhere you want to go. And Vera is a joy!

Brilliant Accommodation!
We had an excellent 4 days in this flat at very good location great public transportation. Metro (underground) and buses from the train station, which is 2 minutes walking distace. We were 3 small kids 3 adults overthere. But we walk almost all the time.
Véra filled the fridge with milk, eggs and bought bread and cornflakes for the kids. We got maps and kind tourist guidence what to see from Véra. Nice and tidy rooms we had. Privare covered parking in the opposite building.
I can just recommend this flat strongly!

Quaint & very cool apartment close to centre
Me and 4 friends came to Marseille for Euro 2016! Organising everything with Vera was very easy and she was very responsive over email.
When we arrived Vera was very welcoming and gave us some cool tips like how to get to the beach etc. She was a delight
The apartment was very clean and was very colourful. The terrace is perfect to enjoy a few drinks and eat dinner and get's a lot of sun! The kitchen also has everything you need.
Strongly recommend at a fantastic price. If I come back to Marseille - I will stay here again!
