About this villa rental
Villa Cor de Rosa is an impressive 5 bedroom, modern & spacious family home.
Note: it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.
This is a luxurious and elegant villa located in a residential area in northern Albufeira. The main resort amenities are around a 30-40 minute walk away or a few minutes drive.
Internally the villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with twin single beds, a separate shower room and the second bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. Both these bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and private terraces.
The large kitchen is beautifully finished with ample storage cupboards, granite work surfaces and all utensils. Electrical appliances include oven/combi microwave, hob (all electric), fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine.
There is a TV in the living room which has double doors leading to a terrace and swimming pool area. The dining area has table and chairs and there is also a dining table and chairs on the outdoor terrace.
The kitchen and living room both access a conservatory area with table, 4 chairs and feature fire place.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, each with double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms. One en-suite has a bath with shower over.
There is hot/cold air conditioning throughout and free wi-fi.
Externally the villa has pretty garden areas, a decked terrace to the rear and ample outdoor parking. Access is via electric gates and the grounds are completely walled.
The private swimming pool measures around 10 mts x 4 mts and varies in depth from 0.85 mts to around 2.15 mts.
Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
The property is located 200 mt from Intermarche supermarket, 3 km from Pingo Doce supermarket, 3 km from Intermarche Montechoro supermarket, 4 km from Praia da Oura sand beach, 5 km from Albufeira Old Town city, 5 km from Ferreiras train station, 8 km from Pine Cliffs golf course, 11 km from Salgados golf course, 47 km from Faro airport.
Please note, we do not accept reservations from youth groups 24 years old and under.

Our 5 bedroom villa was situated in a quiet residential area which suited us very well. Only 200m to a fantastic super market and no more than a 5 minute drive to a great selection of restaurants. Our villa was well presented and Manuel our Villa manager gave us a thorough tour of the property on our arrival. This was a dream holiday for us. Helen, in the main office couldn’t have been more helpful with our booking and getting a high chair and cot for our granddaughter and also organising our transfer ride back to the airport. The driver arrived exactly on time which Manuel had assured us would happen!
A special shout out to the cleaning team who did a fantastic job replacing the towels and linen during our stay.
One final mention to the maintenance guy who fixed the outside lights making our nighttime holiday pictures even more special. Thank you.

We stayed in this house with our whole family (10 people) and it was perfect for us. The property is incredibly spacious, with 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms — ideal for giving every couple or pair their own privacy and comfort.
Fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils needed for our group of 10.
There’s plenty of room for parking, with space for two cars inside the property without any issues. The swimming pool is great as well even though it was December and the weather was cold, we still enjoyed a couple of refreshing quick swims.
The service was excellent throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, the hosts were available and helpful.
Overall, a fantastic house for a family stay — we would happily return.
You need a car , or using taxi / uber, for us it was not a problem at all. We knew it in advance, you can see the location
We dont have anything to complain about or improve.

This is the perfect villa for all ages. Close enough to Albufiera but far enough not to be bothered by the noise. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a huge pool. Pavel our house Manager was professional and courteous and on hand if needed. We hired a car but used Uber as it was so cheap. And there is a supermarket on the doorstep. Our deposit was refunded within 48 hours without issue. I would highly recommend This villa and villas Duma.

Todo. Es el tercer año consecutivo que vamos. Eso indica el grado de satisfacción que en mi familia tenemos para con la villa.
Además, con Pedro, el anfitrión, no existen los problemas. Todo se resuelve antes de que ocurra.
