This stone-built, terraced cottage on the edge of Ruswarp sleeps five people in three bedrooms.
Goathland Cottage is a charming, terraced cottage, 0.5 miles from Ruswarp and just under 2 miles from Whitby. There are three bedrooms, each with country views, sleeping five people in total. There's also a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is a small, shared patio area with a barbecue and ample off road parking. Approached by a fairly steep road of approximately 600 yards, Goathland Cottage sits in a charming country location and offers a good base for touring the coast and countryside of beautiful North Yorkshire.Note: No hen, stag or similar parties
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Shared patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Road to cottage (of approx. 600 yards) is quite steep, please take care. Note: No hen, stag or similar parties. Town: Situated just 1.5 miles inland from Whitby, the small village of Ruswarp lies on the River Esk, with old stone cottages lining the main street. Ruswap has excellent amenities, including a local pub with hand-pulled real ales, a village shop and a renowned local butcher. The Esk Valley Walk runs through the village, and it is an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Whitby. Ruswarp has a regular bus service, and the single track railway has regular steam trains running through!
