Los apartamentos están super cerca de la medina. Son cómodos y tranquilos. Tienen de todo en la cocina. Son modernos y acogedores. La cama muy cómoda.

Nice appartment with nice view and good location

Asilah is the best! Nice studio with balcony and a nice seaview. Equipments for self-catering, but no washingmachine, as you might have in the bigger appartments, was missing.. The location is good with restaurants and some shops nearby. And of course Old Town. Close to beach, but be awared of rubish and some poor stray dogs, so to walk 15-20 min could be a better option (or taxi).

We stayed for 3 days, but did not get new towels or more toiletpaper, or question about roomcleaning. For the expensive rooms I would really expect that. I even asked the lady that was cleaning the neigbour appartment for toiletpaper, but as it is different owners in this building, you must speak to the right person. When I book it from booking.com I can not know whom is the owner, and I expect to get the same service anyhow. So this is for the 3 owners of the house; please cooperate about such things, and the best service, so will this become the best place to stay :-)

Quality of bed! The building ok. View is sea front!

Staff could be better! Cleaning is terrible! Better not go to the kitchen! Part destroyed and lack of cleaning everywhere! We won't repeat.

Modern room near ocean

Lovely balcony with a view of palm lined promenade(but side view, not facing it) Modern room, clean white bedding and towels. Great car park garage on site. Good location in tourist area near old medina. Modern finish.

Although kitchen had lots of apliences, we were unable to use most of them due to lack of basics as pan/pot, or cooking oil, salt and sugar. Not much in a way of cutlery either. Heavy smoking from other room prevented us enjoying open windows on warm days. Not much noise insulation.

Very dirty, lacks basic necessities, avoid.

It was dirty, there were crumbs on the floor, on the table, poop stain on the wall in the bathroom, hairs on the sheets. We changed the room, but the next one was basically as dirty. There's no toilet paper, no soap, two towels for 4 people.

A great option for families or groups looking to stay in a modern apartment outside the old medina.

The property is a short walk from everything- downtown, the old medina, the beach. The apartment we stayed in was exceptionally well-furnished for a rental with everything from all necessary kitchen appliances to other furnishings such as iron and ironing board, electric window shades, very hot shower with excellent water pressure, and very clean bedding. The apartment was clean and in excellent condition all around. We appreciated the complimentary parking and elevators. Great value for money.

The view from our huge corner balcony was beautiful. Just note that the property is across from a port, not a sandy beach, so the apartments look out onto that. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but anyone looking for a sea view might request a unit on an upper floor. We were on the second floor.

The apartments are one of the best i stayed in! This comes from someone who travels a lot. Our room was very big and comfortable. It has everything in the room. without exaggeration, in one word: Perfect. Also the price is very reasonable! The location was perfect! It was in the boulevard of Asilah and maybe 3-5min walk from the old city. The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything! The parking under the apartment was perfect for our car, very safe. I will definitly be back here!

The view was exceptional from the cute balcony. The bed were comfy. We didn't use the kitchen, although it had all the necessities.
