The large living room, open to the sea and swimming pool with large windows, is divided into two relaxation areas, one with a large sofa and balcony, one with a sofa and a large TV, and a dining area, with an open kitchen, table and chairs. Garden guesthouse (up to 4 guests): two additional bedrooms, with double beds and a shared bathroom with shower, are independently located in the garden guesthouse, close to the villa. Swimming pool There is a very large swimming pool, equipped with an original sandy beach shallow area, ideal for children or even adults to cool off, with a water recirculation system with sand filter for your maximum hygiene. Soccer field You will have at your disposal a private soccer field on synthetic turf of 420 square meters (30m x 14m), equipped with night lighting.
