About this house rental
Newly renovated in 2026! This beautiful, modern home in quiet, wooded Nassau Point will be the perfect spot for your North Fork vacation. With 4 large double bedrooms, and a swimming pool, this house is perfect for families or couples. All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach.
The property is located on a quiet, wooded road within the secluded neighborhood of Nassau Point. There are four double bedrooms upstairs, three with en suite bathrooms. Downstairs, there is a living room, TV room, home office and a huge chef's kitchen. In total there are five full bathrooms (four upstairs and one downstairs) plus a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a travel cot for an infant and wifi that's good enough to use for work/ zoom calls. Outside we have a large pool with cover and lovely outside seating area.
Children are welcome (although please note there is a high retaining wall in the back garden so children must be watched over). Unfortunately we are unable to allow pets on this property. This property would comfortably suit up to eight people.
All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach. There are quiet, local beaches within walking distance, fabulous wineries within a short drive, plus restaurants and gourmet stores in Greenpoint and Mattituck. However, you may prefer to bring home picked-that-morning produce from the many local farmstands and cook in the well-appointed eat-in kitchen or outside grill.
You will need a car to get around.
Please note the TV has access to Netflix and Prime but not cable/network TV. All trash should be placed in yellow town trash bags which are provided. Pool is open early May to late September.
In July and August all check-ins and check-outs must be on a Saturday. Check in after 4pm and checkout before 10am.

Phenomenal home!! Our family had an awesome week in this beautiful home. Great for families as we enjoyed the pool and the convenience to the beach. Working with the homeowners was a pleasure as they were so great with communicating and making everything so easy to understand about their home. We can’t wait to go back!

This was our second summer returning to this beautiful and spacious vacation home. Well-maintained, perfectly located and lots of space to settle in and spread out. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely gorgeous house. It’s immaculately clean and very spacious with 3 bedrooms and a den that had a pullout couch. We spent a lot of time outside in the backyard – swimming in the brand new heated saltwater pool and grilling and eating many meals. The den was stocked with a bunch of toys and books to keep our two and a half year-old entertained. The location was perfect, close to the larger North Fork towns such as, Greenport and Mattituck and close to many kid friendly bay beaches. Daniel, the host, was very helpful, providing lots of info re. the house and things to do in the area. He was also very responsive to all our questions before and throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this house!
