Located in Paso Robles, this lovely house for $644 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Relax in a resort-like setting w/ Fire Pit, Bocce Ball, Fabulous Pool, Fireplace and More. In a quiet neighborhood just four miles from downtown Paso Robles, a wonderful vacation home sits ready for fun-filled moments, both inside and out. Private backyard with a large swimming pool & slide. Seating and dining options throughout. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a well-appointed kitchen make this the perfect spot for friends and family alike. Downstairs features a large dining table, open concept kitchen, and living room with a gas fireplace. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Large glass sliders lead you out to the expansive backyard. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare the most lavish of meals and if you prefer to cook outside, there are two BBQs ready and waiting. Two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Head upstairs to the massive master bedroom which looks out over the backyard. The bedroom has a Cal King bed and attached bath with a walk-in closet. There are three additional bedrooms (Queen beds) and a shared full bathroom. The property has been set up for full functionality, a great place to get together with family and friends alike. Plenty of off-street parking in the private driveway

This property fit the bill in every way. The backyard was the biggest selling point. It’s bigger and better than it look from the photos with chairs and tables to accommodate many activities at once. We really enjoyed the fire pit and bocce court. The whole home is well appointed and equipped from housewares (glasses, dishes, serving plates, every kitchen appliance, 2 coffee makers one pod and one regular) to having 2 bbqs with full propane tanks, to ample parking for our multiple cars. Lots of areas for people to be together or to get away from the group. Great location, 10 minutes to downtown and very close to grocery store, coffee shops, and other businesses. The hosts, Tom and Lisa, promptly responded to any questions we had. I got a lot of props for finding this gem and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic and stores are within just a mile or two, depending on what you need. The house is beautiful and well maintained, well stocked too. The pool and the rear property is the "top attraction" of the property, very well maintained and even nicer than the photos. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks for the great stay!

We greatly enjoyed Lisa and Tom’s place in Paso Robles. It rained most of our vacation and there was a leak in the living room from the roof where the solar panels were installed, but Lisa and Tom were very quick to respond and address the situation and it worked out just fine. The bocce ball courts are great to have. The pool is nice but it was too cold and rainy for us to use. The kitchen and adjoining family room were great for our extended family. The interior cameras in the living room and kitchen that are focused on the entryways were disconcerting at first as they appear to be getting electricity and we were concerned about having video and audio recorded, but Lisa and Tom assured us that they were inactive. I do think it should be noted in the literature so it’s not a surprise when seen. Overall though, it’s a great house and a great location and Tom and Lisa were great hosts so we will definitely book it again if we’re in the area.

From sleeping accommodations, to the kitchen facilities, to the dining room for Thanksgiving dinner. Your outside area was great to hangout in as the weather was perfect. Our family had a memorable Thanksgiving at your beautiful home.

Renting this property was hassle free. Prior to our arrival, any and all questions were answered quickly and it was easy to contact the property manager by phone.
Our stay was delightful. This property had plenty of bedrooms for our family of 12. (Plus 2 children). Also, the backyard is very spacious with lots of sitting areas. The Bocce Ball court was a huge hit especially with it so close to the fire pit.
I would recommend this property for any group looking for a clean, quiet house with plenty of space.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. We were a group of nine women getting away for our 60th birthday celebration. The house is amazing and in a great location. Plenty of room for everyone and great places to all hang out! Close to the wineries and downtown. Highly recommend!

A group of adults for a 20th anniversary weekend. This property is close to everything we wanted to do in Paso Robles. Wine tasting and dinner out was within a few miles. And the house itself was perfect. The pool was beautiful and relaxing in the heat, and the outside space was inviting and fun. The driveway had plenty of parking for 4 big trucks. This property really accommodated everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend!

Thank you Lisa and Tom for providing our group with the most idyllic setting to celebrate our friend for the weekend. The house was beautiful; we had the best time swimming in the pool and cooking meals in the kitchen. The bathrooms were spotless and each bedroom set up with down-alternative pillows and bedding, which was SO appreciated. There were swim towels enough for everyone, which was so thoughtful. And our group of 10 friends could fit perfectly around the tables, which made hanging out together at home a real treat. Thank you for the best weekend, Tom and Lisa!

We loved our stay in Paso - the kids spent hours and hours in the pool and never got bored and the adults cooked, ate, drank wine and chilled (and had some turns on the pool slide ourselves). Fantastic house, great location - close to the very cute downtown area with really nice places to eat, drink and shop, as well as a pretty awesome water park! We would love to return someday and highly recommend it.

My family and I all agreed that this house was a wonderful place to spend our annual family vacation. For us it had the exact perfect amount of beds so everyone could have a private place to sleep or get away for a few minutes if necessary. The house, pool, bocce court were all amazing. We had three kids with us and we probably spent 5 to 7 hours a day in and around the pool having fun. We are all bocce players so we absolutely enjoyed having a court in the backyard. Paso Robles has some amazing wineries which we took full advantage of too. The host was efficient and kind. We had no problems checking in or out and the one phone call I made to him while we were there was answered right away. I would give this an overall five stars but there were just a few small items that kept me from doing that. I would definitely book this house again and my whole family agreed that we would all come back to this beautiful home!!

This place was amazing!! It's beautiful on the inside (nice decor) and on the outside (landscaping is incredible). It is very spacious and the beds are comfy. Our favorite things were the pool with a slide, the large kitchen, and the number of beds/bathroom. If I'm in the area again, I would love to stay here again.
The only downside was the ant infestation of the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. I mentioned it to the owners on the first day and did not receive a response, though they did respond to other questions quickly,
Overall we had a GREAT TIME!!

Paso Couples Trip
Our group had an awesome time at this wonderful home! Clean, centrally located, great pool and outdoor space. We have a group of 12 and really didn’t have any issues at all in terms of sharing bathrooms and common space. Very important in July, the AC worked great and the house stayed cool when the temperatures got in the high 90s! We all had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Amazing Property Ready for Your Big Group To Explore Paso
We had a BLAST! There is nothing but amazing things to say about this home and the hosts. We had a group of ladies celebrating turning 50 and we spent four nights at this awesome property. We swam, we cooked, by played Boccé. The master bedroom is huge, the mattresses were super comfortable. We had loads of space to lounge, eat, chat, and relax. It was a perfect base camp for the two days of wine tasting we enjoyed. We also went horseback riding, had massages at the house, brought in a personal chef for a night, and the house was a perfect spot to congregate after a busy day.
We will definitely be back. A huge thank you to the Tom and Lisa for letting us enjoy their fabulous property! CHEERS

The house and property were great! Our only complaint was the condition of the Bocci Ball court, needs to be reworked. The pool area was great for lounging enjoying the sun…water a bit chilly! Perfect for our family to play and spend time together.

Great for family gathering
Our family gathered here for a long wedding weekend. It was perfect, everyone had a bed, and enough seating for meals. Backyard is beautiful and there are two grills, which we needed. Location is central/close to grocery store, which was great for quick runs. Also, because we went different places in the area for rehearsals, dinners, wine tastings, ext. the location was perfect.
However, be aware the house is in a neighborhood and as you approach, the other homes look a little tired and basic. No need to worry about this home and what you will experience. Home is beautiful, well stocked, and thoughtfully decorated. You don't see the neighbors, and other than the occasional noises from the next door chickens it is really quiet. :) The host is incredibly responsive and clear on expectations for renters. One of our better VBRO experiences for sure!
