check in, no one at front desk waited for like 10-15 minutes until i was helped. And too many cameras. Lobby not very big or inviting

Shower leaks out into bathroom floor and it becomes very slick

Great staff! Our room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the cook made a delicious homemade banana bread.
The pool was too cold.

The rooms were fine. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, body wash etc. The towels were very rough to the skin, probably overused.
Front desk was understaffed at our time of arrival. There was only one staff member and there was a long line of people waiting. We were given the key of an occupied room! Had to go back to get a different room.
Facility needs a little TLC. Looks run down.
