Estaba limpísimo, el aire acondicionado de cine, y una ubicación a 20 /25 minutos de cualquier punto turístico. A cinco minutos andando, metro, bus y tranvías. Y comercios de todo tipo. Totalmente reformado.
La fachada y el portal, te sorprenden de viejos. Pero luego conoces la ciudad, y ves que es algo muy normal.

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. Inside, the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Although it’s not very spacious, it was extremely cozy and had all the essentials.
Since it was quite hot during our stay, we really appreciated having two air conditioners in different rooms — it made a huge difference.
The host was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. He gave us a little tour of the place and patiently answered all our questions. The whole experience was fantastic — we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing place, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It's in a nice neighborhood and you can get pretty much anywhere within 30 minutes by public transport. I was not expecting it to be this good for this price.
It's near a school so you can hear children playing in the morning on weekdays. I'm not sure if it's the wi-fi or the TV, but you can't stream shows in a very good quality. Neither of these were a big issue for us.
