very clean. attentive staff. very chill location that's still easy to grab into the city. the cafe 2 mins away does a great avo toast and flat white

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice!
- There was an open window in the bathroom that was just next to the reception area, that really felt like they could watch and hear you from outside, when taking a bath or when you sat on the toilet.
- Locationwise there's almost nothing there, you really need a bike to get around. It would be nice to have a seating area outside, now it's only your room and there's nothing else to do, which feels a bit weird.
- A few seats on the grass area would also be nice.
- There was a lot of construction noise outside, there building almost everywhere around the hotel...
