Good location, clean and well equipped
The second bed is a DISASTER ! Beware if you plan to use the bed in the loft, i would rather sleep on the couch. It is the one single complain we have !

Great location, nice space. A private deck with bistro table for 2. It is enclosed by buildings around giving it a decent privacy and is most days fully in shade. It keeps it cooler but also much limits day light from entering any window giving the rooms a diffused glooming feeling. A brighter light fixture could overcome that.
The kitchen is well enough equipped with dishes for 4 and the eating table seating them all.
The toilet and bidet with its own hand washing sink is in a separate room from
The bathroom has a shower and 2 sinks.
I also like the self resupply options of Numa. The beds and pillows where very comfortable.
Overall: The space is spacious and the check in and out where very easy
Bad Mold in the middle drawer of the wardrobe and it looks like the wall next to it had experienced some moisture issues in the past. As someone with Allergies I could risk opening any of the 3 draws.
Livingroom seating is a Sofa/hide bed with the most terrible design. Only able to slouch two people on it. Its design makes your seat uncomfortable and causes you to slide off the couch.
Alternatively you need to contend with even less comfortable plywood dining chairs.
(I am glad I didn't need to sleep on the hide bed or I am sure I would have something even worse to talk about it)
I wish you could screen cast from smartphone to TV like most Apartments allow.

Bathroom was well appointed. Nice to have the towel heater! Shower was very good. Bidet was nice to have. Thoughtful to have some espresso there for us and the chips and apertivos. Helpful to have an ironing board, too. Liked having several rooms to move around in!
We didn't like having no human person on site to greet us or even to answer our calls. The AI generated communication was utterly ineffective. We couldn't really get the answers we needed or help until we could finally get to a human person. Even then it was all text. No human voice. We would not rent it again--or recommend it for that reason as when we travel we like to meet people and appreciate human hospitality. There is no hospitality without a human person who cares.
