5 min from SMN train station is perfect for traveling in Italy and also perfect for sightseeing the old city. The room in nice and clean and spacious. There is a place to work and chill if you really need it.
Just be ready that the apartments are on the 3d floor and without the elevator. Good that the stairs are quite comfortable. I hoped for washing machine but it was just a wish ))

Very quaint and beautiful room. Location is spectacular - walking distance to all key attractions and authentic restaurants. We came a bit earlier than check in time and were allowed to leave our luggage which was helpful. Plenty of towels available (although no room service daily which we didn’t mind). Bathroom is clean, well equipped but tiny (washing sink is in the main bedroom/living area. Overall great stay! Highly recommend.
No safe in room - that made us a bit stressed about taking our important documents and money with us all the time. There was heavy construction during our stay so sleeping in past 7am was virtually impossible.

La habitación era cómoda, perfecta para 3 y la ubicación en Florencia es ideal a 3 cuadras de la estación del tren, y super cerca de cada lugar al que tienes que si o si ir en la ciudad. Cristina muy amable, nuestro tren se retraso y estuvo atenta hasta pasadas las 11pm para poder hacer el check in.
Cuando caminas tanto en Florencia, subir 4 pisos adicionales porque no hay ascensor es dificil, pero igual vale la pena.

La ubicació, està molt a prop de tot. El lavabo molt complet i els llits còmodes.
L'aire acondicionat era fluix, l'escala d'accés al pis estava en males condicions, deixada i bruta.
