We had room only deal and it was excellent. Location was superb for getting to and from the airport and strolling into the historical centre. The room itself was quite basic but the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The staff in the Florence hotel were excellent and communications from checkin to check out were made very clear about how to use this off site guest house.
There were no problems with this accommodation at all.
