Good location, good air conditioning, good size room.
Communication, was at the property on check in time with no instructions. Had to call the number and got no response. Responded 5-10 minutes later with instructions.

The room was as in the pictures, extremely clean and tidy. The location is perfect. The owner was extremely kind, polite and answered our questions immediately! We recommend!!!

We had a terrible time finding the location, we walked in circles for an hour. The host sent us an email requesting further info when we were in transit so we did not get it until we were hunting for the location. Although we were told it was on the second floor we were not warned that it was 57 steps up, a hard climb after a long day. The room was very clean but we could not get in until David got all the information. It is hard to think when you need the washroom!
Receiving the detailed info more than 1 day ahead would be helpful. A detailed map of the location would have been helpful. Also tell people that there is a tram station 2 blocks away.

Property was as per pictures
Walk was 13 minutes from the station and easy to find
The property is next to a very busy road which was very loud even for a heavy sleeper like me. The noise stops 12:30-5:30am but other than this it’s very busy with cars
There was no iron available to use which would have been helpful given there are around 5 or 6 rooms at the guest house
The doors are all very loud - we often heard other guests enter at 1am & 2am which woke us up
Room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days (even though signs said it would be after 2 days)
There are lots of stairs and no lift so be wary if this is an issue with luggage
