We really liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, although the instructions for entering the building came later that when we arrived. Location was good.
There was an issue on our last day, where during a power cut, it was very difficult to leave the building due to the code system. We were pretty much stuck in the stair well but then were able to exit via the restaurant next door. This really needs to be looked at. If there was an emergency and exiting was needed, this would not be safe.

A great location near most of the sights in Florence.
The room looked like it was in rough shape, part of the headboard was coming out of the wall and the walls were covered in scuff marks. Not a huge issue for our stay, but it is an electronic check in, which some people may find confusing.
