It was ten mins from the main station in Florence and very close to the main museums and attractions. The room was very clean with a private bathroom and air conditioned and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend!! It was amazing for the price
Do be mindful there are six flights of stairs if you do have heavy luggage this could be challenging. We had 12 kgs luggage each so it was very manageable for us.

The balcony, although you will have to bring stools out from the inside. Great view of two domes.
The aircon is good and fast. Beds are comfortable to our liking
Central and in a straight line from a large underground car park where it cost 16€ for 24hrs
Close to the central food market where you can eat both lunch or dinner, and since there is no where to sit and eat at all in the accommodation, we went over there to eat and play cards at dinner time

Great bakery for the morning at the corner and you’ll be spoiled for choice with food options
4th floor, do not bring anybody here who has trouble with stairs. We don’t and was only here one night, so no problem
There are no table to sit at in this accommodation also no communal area

Property was in a good location, it was alright but definitely more on the average side of accomodations.
The entrance getting to the property is definitely brings this property down.
Lots of stairs to get up and the stairs aren’t very clean, felt really dirty and rubbish in the stairwell.
Once into the accommodation it was much cleaner thankfully!
