Everything about our stay was great, except for the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the unit was too small for the size of the room and struggled to keep it cool, especially during the hotter parts of the day. Aside from that, we had a very enjoyable stay, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout.

Location and was comfy
The external bathroom is 10 metres down the hallway (this was not explicitly stated in the room details). This was annoying when you had to use the bathroom during the night. I also think it’s ridiculous considering the price of the room. The rooms are also a little rundown and our bed frame was falling apart. Finally, the aircon was also terrible, we left it on all day on 18 degrees and we would return back after multiple hours and our room would be warm still.

Location was great. Very very close to historical places.
It was very noisy. You can stay anywhere in florence with that prices. Also Bathroom is private but not in the room.
