When my wife and I arrived we were disappointed with our room. When I told the Manager that we weren't happy he said that he would arrange for us to be transferred to another room, which he kindly did. Our replacement room was great and we enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. A special mention to Gisel and Slim on the front desk. They were so kind to us and are a credit to the Hotel Bonifacio
Apart for the initial problem with our room, everything else was great and we would happily stay at the Hotel Bonifacio again.

The Lady in reception was too helpfull.
The room floor has not been cleaned during the stay. I found it as a defect.

The hotel is in a good location near to the tram stop from the station and a 15 min walk to the duomo. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. Our room was spacious and very clean. Large bathroom. Staff very friendly and efficient and breakfast as is usual in Italy.
Whilst room was surprisingly large for Florence, ours was not very well laid out, making it feel smaller. Shower pressure poor and the shower head needs replacing. Beds were also a bit tired. Lots of corridors with high ceilings and tiled floors so any noise echoes. Suggestion - put acoustic panels on the walls.
