Absolutely loved it. It’s located in a central but non-touristy part of Florence. A stone’s throw from Duomo and many great restaurants. The room was gorgeous with a beautiful ceiling. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. I would absolutely stay again next time I’m in Florence.

We liked everything. The room was spacious very nicely designed and decorated location near all the attractions. Mini kitchen 😍
The only suggestion I have is to improve the kitchen equipment to make it more usable.

We recently stayed at Firenze Suite and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the summer heat. The location is also quite convenient for exploring the city.
However, we encountered an issue on our second night when we found small cockroaches in the bathroom. Understandably, this was quite unpleasant. We reported the problem and were moved to another room the following morning. While the staff was polite and offered an apology, no further gesture was made to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall, while the accommodation has potential and some very good qualities, the experience was somewhat tainted by the hygiene issue and the lack of compensation or follow-up for the trouble caused.
