Absolutely amazing service from lovely David and his deputy manager. We had a wonderful time and location is spot on. Walking distance to all key sights.

The location was amazing. Walking up to the sounds of bells in the morning and stepping down to the piazza. Duomo, museum accademia are all within 10 mins walk. It was so convenient

Very kind staff, polite and always available to help. Excellent breakfast, really nice buffet! Besides the great variety, also very good quality of meats and cheeses, pastries of all sorts.
Excellent location, in the heart of Florence.
The room. Really old and dingy. There was no natural light coming through. It was really dark. Shower was a mess, no Shower tray present so water everywhere! Old old old style.
Mosquitos in the room, we couldn’t sleep.
