The location
The staff was very polite and helpful. Very responsive
The parking that was recommended has a rating of 3.6, and additionally it was not clear that the cost would 30€ per day
Additionally the breakfast included is in a restaurant 1 min away that offer two choices ( croissant and yogurt) so no salty options. It was disappointing since breakfast and parking are one of my main criteria of choice for an accommodation

Comfortable, lots of space, loved the air conditioning. Calm spot right next to the hustle and bustle of Florence historic centre. Perfect location. Lovely breakfast in cafe down the road all included.

This guesthouse is located mere minutes from the Duomo but was exceptionally quiet. Our room had excellent A/C which we appreciated a lot during the very hot summer. We hardly saw another person in the building. Very secure. Breakfast at the cafe down the street was great. Would highly recommend.

Great location in heart of city very near cathedral. Lots of nice restaurants around. Room was nice & clean with tv, fridge, towels, aircon.
Central heating wasn't working so had to rely on aircon turned up to max full-time in December. Couldn't log on to wifi at all. Questioned about tickets for breakfast at local cafe when guidance said it was enough to say we were staying there. They did provide, but only a basic breakfast is included.
Initial messages to host were answered, then stopped.
