We had an excellent stay at Hotel Bigallo. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all the major attractions.
We were able to walk everywhere, which made it very easy to explore the city and enjoy our time in Florence without needing transportation.
The location, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Bigallo to anyone visiting Florence. We would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic location, right opposite Santa Maria del Fiore! Definitely book a room with a view, as the Duomo view is amazing.
The room was clean and simply decorated, with basic toiletries provided. Friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and convenient luggage storage were all great. You can also leave your room key at reception when going out.
We have to carry luggage up a few stairs before reaching the lift, and the hotel entrance is tucked away in a small alley and can be easy to miss.

Terrible breakfast options, not very appealing, no facilities within the room eg mini fridge. Wasnt worth the money.
