Enormous and gorgeous room. Very comfortable, clean and good smelling. The only downside is practically four floors of stairs to be climbed up with your luggage, so plan accordingly (I was able to get two big suitcases up because the staircase is wide).
Location is amazing, near the Duomo and all other central atractions. Definitely walkable.
Breakfast was very tasty, with great variety and quality of products.
The staff is great, very helpful and friendly.
Not about the hotel, but I just couldn't get a taxi from the hotel to the Santa Maria Novella train station on my check-out day, even with the great help from the hotel staff. So keep in mind that you might have to walk with your luggage around town on your check-in / check-out day.

Location and the cleanliness

Beautifully appointed rooms with so much attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Their hospitality made our stay in Florence even more special. We truly felt cared for from the moment we arrived and would happily stay here again!
No elevator - the Guest House is located on the 3 floor. 76 total steps.

The best location. Walking distance to everything.
Room size was very nice.Good water pressure .
Comfortable A/C, even so it’s controlled by owners.
77 steps to the room.
No elevator. Bathroom has no place for storage at all.
No shelves. No full size mirror. No make up mirror.
No toiletries.Breakfast is very basic. No hot items. Most uncomfortable bed. Poor quality pillows.
Towels are old and need to be replaced. Poor placement of outlets…needed extension cords to reach bed stand.
