The location is fantastic. You are 10-15 minutes or less from the heart of the city and most major attractions. It came in handy when wanting to quickly get back for a change of clothes. The room was also clean and quiet, and the staff was very hospitable! They immediately resolved any queries I may have had.
It was not a major issue for me but the water pressure was kind of weak. I believe that may be normal in summer in such a big and old building, however.

Lovely stay, would happily recommend!
The location was convenient for exploring Florence on foot, with the Duomo, Accademia, Mercato Centrale and many of the other main sights all within easy walking distance. Firenze Santa Maria Novella station was also close enough to walk to with luggage (approx 15min), which made arriving and leaving very convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable, and I had 24hr access to cold filtered water. Especially appreciated having good air conditioning during the hot September weather!
I also felt comfortable staying here as a solo traveller. Getting in and out was straightforward.
Overall, Rondini was a great base for my stay in Florence. The excellent location, comfortable room and convenience made exploring the city so easy, and I would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Florence.

Staff were very helpful, and the apartment itself was so pretty. The bed very comfortable
We had to keep going to the the reception to get stuff like the iron or some other small things would have been nice if there were in the room

The staff was great, but the area does not feel safe, and the place doesn't look like it does in the pictures. No elevators, lots of stairs to climb.
The bed was hard, and the room needed some painting.
