The location is very close to the train station, and within a walking distance from all the main sites. The staff were kind and professional. Everything was well explained. The WiFi connection was good. I'm not a breakfast eater, but it looked like the variety was good. The coffee was great

Location was good - near the train station and near the centre for the Duomo etc.
The air con wasn't very good in one of the rooms we had but the staff did give us a fan which was quite good. However, the air con in the other room was excellent. It was really needed as we were there in a heat wave.
