Wspanialy widok no i tyle.

Hotel w samym centrum Florencji,widok wspanialy,wszędzie bardzo blisko.

Zdecydowanie hotel wymaga remontu. Bylismy w bardzo chlodnym okresie-w nocy 4-5 stopni. Klimatyzacja nie grzała w ogóle. Kaloryfery lodowate. Drzwi balkonowe nieszczelne jak również drzwi wejściowe. Generalnie gdyby nie koc zabrany z domu przemarzlibysmy totalnie.Śniadanie bardzo ubogie w porownaniu do innych miejsc. Cena zdecydowanie wywindowana ze względu na centralne położenie.

Zimmer und Bad zweckmässig. Beides relativ klein aber OK für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Praktische alle Sehensürdigkeiten können ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreicht werden.

Zimmer relativ hellhörig.

Peccato non poter usufruire della terrazza panoramica, avendo scelto la struttura anche per quello.

Stanza singola meno opprimente del previsto. Ottima colazione e servizio deposito bagagli. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Terrazzo chiuso nonostante il bel tempo e non segnalato alla prenotazione. Materasso decisamente scomodo.

Localização ótima a 400m da principal estação de metrô. Quarto e banheiro super limpos. Cama confortável. Café da Manhã bem farto.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ed al cuore della città Gradita acqua e dolcetti disponibili durante il giorno.

Très très agréable séjour à faire ou refaire

Très accueillant le personnel , petit déjeuner très bien et divers ,emplacement très bien pour avoir accès aux transports ainsi que le centre ville ! Bon rapport qualité prix !

L’aspirateur passé le soir vers 20h dans les couloirs ! Mais ce n’est qu’une remarque

It’s one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in.

It’s in the city center I only liked the location

It’s was dirty, all the facilities are broken and it’s old, we can hear everything around, it’s not isolated, we hear the guests in the other rooms and upstairs even if they use their bathroom room.

Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos a pie de la catedral y las principales galerías de arte, además si llegas en tren a la estación de Santa Maria Novella sólo debes caminar un par de calles para llegar,

Ottimo soggiorno. Ottimo staff. Ottima colazione.

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione varia, abbondante e servita in locale di dimensioni adeguate. Le dimensioni della camera tripla molto generose. Posizione dell'hotel a metà tra stazione ferroviaria e centro.

L'hotel risulta essere un pò datato.

Nice place and center to everything

Nice location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Its was clean and nothing of miss

The only dislike was the smell that came sometimes from the toilets, it's just came for a few minutes and then gone

Great location, great breakfast selection and friendly staff

The hotel has an excellent location for transportation and the city sight seen.

Constant noises from the room next doors, toilet flushing from the floor above our room and the a/c fan coming on and off. I don't think there is any form of noise barrier any where in the rooms.

Good around hotel, great location fir a visit to Florence.

Lovely rooms - although ours was small for 2 people.

Needs more shade on the roof top bar. We had a lovely private terrace but it was too hot needs shade options.

Not fancy rooms but functional hotel in a good location

Very good location close to train center and walkable to everything. Rooftop terrace/bar was fantastic. Room was good size.

Air conditioning never cooled room. Room was worn but clean. Shower is tiny.

No facilities for tea and coffee in room. Ironing was difficult to get a board and iron, had to go in a sort of box room after wait of 6 hours

Beautiful place to stay in Florence and central to many things

I live the area, the staff, the beds! I didn’t like the spray air freshener, but they were able to stop that! Returning to stay again in a week

Horrible front desk.Ruined Florence. Wrong info,Hung up on me.Train ticket issue.Said not paid, did.

1). Suppose to speak English. Called night before and Front Desk said 'speak little English' and hung up on me. 2). Said there were taxi stations and NOT. Spent 1 hour lost and in rain on mothers day crying. 3). There are 2 taxi companies. Front desk gave me wrong phone number, Italian speaking not English/ Italian speaking 4). Got notification from Bookings.com that I did not pay bill, I verified that I did. 5). Was suppose to get help with buying train ticket to Venice. and she made fun of me.
