The size of the room was nice and roomy. The front desk guy, was very nice and helpful. That is all, other than that the experience was not good and I tried to address it with the owners who did not respond. It was close to the train so it was in a convenient location, but not the safest area.

The sheets on my bed were stained, the shower was unclean. It was extremely noisy at night. The area was a unsafe at night. I had to wait to leave the hotel the first night because there was a fight outside. I was uncertain if the door was properly locking to my room and had to place a large vase in front of the door. No one responded that first evening to my messages or concerns about the safety of the location. I received a welcome message from the owners and was told to reach out whenever if I had any issues or needed anything, and then they never responded to anything after that message. The gentleman that worked at the desk was very nice and helpful when he came in but it was very evident he had little to no say and was being told what to do by the owners who would not respond to my concerns. I left after the first night.

Great location, really close to train station, walking distance to many attractions. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Great location, really close to Central station. Lots of good food places nearby. The staff did a great job keeping our place clean, and they were super responsive too. We also had a decent amount of space too! Overall, we'd definitely come back.

Everything was great. Our room was right next to the reception, so it could get noisy after 9AM but this should not be an issue if you're here to travel and sightsee.

Ubicación excelente, la cama muy cómoda y nos guardaron las maletas después de salir de la habitación. Muy amables. Minibar gratuito!!! El desayuno está bueno (🥐dulce y salado + café +zumo) no es la mayor calidad de Italia pero está bien. Hotel Recomendable.

Excelente ubicación, a 5-10 minutos andando de la catedral Sta Maria de Fiore y al lado de la estación principal. El personal súper amable. La habitación muy limpia y con servicio de mini bar gratuito, lo cual es todo un detalle. Desayuno incluido en el bar de enfrente, muy completo y bueno!

La ubicación excelente, muy céntrico. Habitaciones muy bien equipadas, camas muy cómodas y con muchos amenities gratuitos.

Tiene muy buena ubicación,a menos de 5 min de la estación de tren a 2 calles del mercado centrale y prácticamente todo te queda caminando, no necesitas tomar taxis o bus. La habitación muy cómoda, grande y bonita. Un plus es el detalle del mini bar q puedes tomar lo que quieras sin costo.
