Loved this property! The location was great, the staff were lovely, the facilities were fantastic and it was just a brilliant place to make our time in Florence memorable!

the room was beautiful and comfortable, with an amazing balcony. i enjoyed spending time in the room a lot, and even more so on the balcony in the evening (the sun is directly above it in the morning). the bathroom was great, shower was wonderful, spacious and the toiletries provided were nice. the beds were comfortable and clean. you can walk to most places you’d want to visit while in the city, especially if the weather allows it.
i can not overstate how beautiful the room and balconies were.
+ the water cooler outside was perfect for the summer heat.
however, the AC was in very poor condition, i would wake up already sweaty (and it was the july heatwave). there was no coffee for the coffee machine. no breakfast of any kind. the water in the shower would not stay hot too long, and the fridge wasnt very good at keeping things cold. the elevator was pretty tiny also, but manageable enough if you go one/two at a time with small baggage.
overall it’s most definitely worth the money, i would stay here again.

Great location with a super helpful manager. There is an elevator making it easier for taking luggage up and down. It is close to public transport and a lot of eateries nearby. There is a water filtration system in the lobby making it very convenient along with coffee machines for an early morning coffee.
The apartment is very dated with a lot of fixtures not working. It is due for renovation and needs new mattresses as the current ones are very uncomfortable. There is an AC which works but isnt too strong.
