Cleanliness and quietness are the main advantages. The location was also beneficial, as it was within a reasonable walking distance from the city centre and the main attractions, while there is a tram station extremely close to the venue.
The lift was extremely small and barely enough for one person and one suitcase. Of course, the building is old and that is what they could fit!! Breakfast was fair, but the staff, although friendly, failed to renew what was finished (e.g. milk, juice, honey etc.)

Location very close to train station and city centre. Great breakfast and fantastic coffee machine to use during the day. Staff were friendly and very quick to respond to messages. Room was clean comfortable and spacious

The best location, no no, not decent, the best. No tram or long walk needed. 15 mins pleasant flat road to city Center. Room is really good, full control over the ac. Very nice, modern and clean bathroom.
Maybe the lift is too small, so multiple trips for the luggage. But compared to other places, this place just takes the cake.
