Almost everything, the room was very comfortable, AC worked well. Used a hair clip to keep curtains shut and adjusted the curtains around the AC at night.
Everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Very close to everything and only 4 minute walk from train station.
Very good value for money.
We didn't use the parking or the breakfast.
The AC is in an awkward place. Would have been nice to have tea making facility in room.

It is well located, the rooms are a good size and the staff are welcoming.
On two of the days, it seemed to be that the aircon was turned off or not functioning in my room from about 8 am through to 4 pm. This meant that on a hot day, when I would go back to rest in the afternoon before heading out again for dinner, my room was uncomfortably hot. It was always functioning at night and the room cooled down quickly once it was on again.

Nice hotel 5 mins from central station. Close to restaurants and places of interest. Staff at hotel were very helpful.
Pillow are too soft.

The room was clean and the location was perfect, central and near Fortezza da basso where we attended a congress, also a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria dei fiori.
The staff were very friendly.
The noise from the people and cars from the street made it impossible to sleep well.
