The property is nice and spacious room and clean. Well located in the heart of Florence and very close (5mins walking) to the central station and public transport.
Maybe can you fix the name of the hotel on the doorbell at the entrance, because when i was there it’s hard to find which doorbell i had to ring.

access to building, need to use stairs which is a problem with luggage but lift available once on the building

The Air conditioning was not working, it was toooooo HOT
