Location of hotel was close to most of the sites we planned to visit. Staff was friendly.
Room was smaller the expected.

A great location to visit Florence - only 10 mins walk from the Train Station via underground passage. Market only 5mins walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly - luggage storage and good recommendations for local restaurants. Enjoyed Italian style breakfast. Comfortable sitting room available at the entrance. Coin laundromat in same street. We have stayed here before and were pleased to return.
