Excelente hotel!

Excelente localização, muito próximo à estação de trem e de pontos turísticos, fizemos todos os passeios a pé. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos, o anfitrião nos recebeu explicando todos os pontos turísticos, indicando a localização no mapa da cidade que nos forneceu. Quarto muito espaçoso, cama confortável, roupa de cama/banho ótimas. Tivemos um único problema com o ralo do box do chuveiro (que estava entupido), porém o funcionário arrumou assim que sinalizamos. Café da manhã excelente, tudo muito bom e com variedade. Nós amamos!

Clean , comfortable and conveniently located . Good value

Nice rooftop terrace …. Room was simple and not pretentious. Staff was very helpful . Fine breakfast. I was unsure when I arrived as the hotel is the top (5th) floor in an apartment/ office building but it was very nice . Close to the train station which mattered to me . Easy walk elsewhere.

Exceptional

Excellent location, very clean and the breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The roof top bar was beautiful , just loved everything

Our room was facing the road but the windows have double glazing so not to much noise

Ideal location although tricky to find as just a doorway on ground floor then have to go up in lift to hotel

Location good and rooftop handy for drinks

Breakfast area could go with some blinds as very hot in there.

Great stay in a great city, the restaurant right across from the hotel had lovely reasonably priced meals

Great size room and in a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was lovely each morning.

Very nice hotel in a central location

The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom was modern and the mattress, although very small for a single, was comfortable. The rooftop is absolutely amazing to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. The breakfast also had a wide variety of good food.

The rooms were not soundproof so any noise on any of the levels at night easily traveled through the stairwell and into the room. The older staff working reception was smoking inside, just behind the reception desk, during breakfast which was disgusting for a non-smoker

Disappointing

The location was really great, walkable from the station as well as the city center.

Our bathroom had nasty smell, especially from the shower drain when we showered.

There was no internet in the room, I was told that was a newly acquired area of the hotel, and I understand it could be work in progress but having internet reception for an international traveller is a must.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and the view from the roof terrace is exceptional.

Great location from the train station 8mins walk,views from the roof top🥰👍room was fab so lovely and warm nice touch slippers if you wanted hot drink they would bring it to you, breakfast was yummy great price❤️👍

Amazing location with weak infrastructure

Location only

Infrastructure was terrible. WiFi did not work and once connected it was instable. Bathroom has a decent space but shower was really small. If you are plus size you will have troubles to fit in. Also water shower temperature was extremely challenge to keep it constant, in few seconds shower temperature changed from a hot tub experience to a frozen fjord. Room has air con but no remote control to make the stay comfortable. By the end, the breakfast has a good amount of choices but repeated every single day.
