The location was perfect. Near the train station and perfect walking distance to all of Florence's attractions. Friendly staff, great breakfast, good recommendations for restaurants and easy to follow directions when needed. Also, 24 hour-available hot water and coffee! Though in the middle of the city, the room was quiet with views of the iconic streets below.

breakfast is so good , clean and fresh, city center, easy to walk touristic areas
The floor shakes when you walk around the building; it doesn't feel right.
