The staff was very kind to us!
They gave us and upgrade to a charming room with bathroom.
The location of Casa Maya is very good!
The room we got didn't have air conditioner (only a tiny fan) and it was one of the hottest hottest summer days (not their fault indeed hehe).

The property is close to the train station and major attractions. The host is very friendly and he has responded to my questions promptly. The facilities are sufficient. They even provide drinking water. Towels are of good quality
There is no lift and the shower is a bit weak.

The property is very clean, in central Florence with most landmarks within walking distance. The host is really great and hospitable. He was kind enough to let us stay back even after checkout since I had my elderly mom travelling with me. He even upgraded our room with private bathroom; we were very grateful for this. A safe, clean accommodation within the heart of Florence that honestly has my heart ❤️

Great location in central Florence, only a five minute walk from the central market. Room was a good size.
Shower was not in a cubicle meaning that bathroom floor was wet for a while after use. Noise levels were quite loud as the room was next to a staircase in a shared public building.
