Great place for getting off train from main train station and moving bags quick. Nice breakfast served in room. Not luxury, but if you are looking for a central place to crash in Florence this is it.

Location was good , had a balcony too. Easy to check in and we were early but our room was ready.
The shower had mould in , which could easily be cleaned with a bit of bleach, the toilet flush was a bit hit and miss, the plug sockets either side of the bed need updating as we couldn’t fit plugs in them (not just our plugs but the provided kettle plug).
